Title: Help me ID Barbie doll!

I have Barbie doll what I can't identify. Sadly I have no picture but I'll describe her.

She have green eyes and strawberry blonde hair. Her skin is slightly tanner than regular Barbie's.
Her head is marked 2003 but body 1999.
Originally she had short, glittery, blue party dress and had  two pairs of shoes: one silver platform shoes and  blue high heals. She came with blue brush and silver purse.
I got her in 2009 -2010 don't remember.

I think she is a Glitz Summer doll from 2009:
