Hasbro has posted a bit of a Toy Fair preview. The page says 2015 but it's all brand new 2016 news!

Oh man I was a huge fan of the like 2004 trollz, the one where they were teens but other then that never been a big trolls fan. These aren't going to bring me back at all. Cute but not for me

Turns out these new Trolls resemble the Trollz more than the old ones from the 80s/90s. Good thing too because I honestly think the old Trolls are rather ugly and always pass them up if I find them at the thrift store.

I find them super cute! Though it looks like only the boy characters have the chubby tummies? That is if I am right that the ones designed with eyelashes are the designated girls—other than resorting to obvious gender stereotypes though, I like them lots more than I thought I would. The noses are so cute, and I think they are much more interesting with the bright color schemes! :)
Wait, on second look, there's a glittery one without eyelashes and some feminine-looking sandals on another? Hmmmm. I'm so curious to see what they do with gender roles in the movie!

The DreamWorks Troll dolls look very nice, I feel bad tho because they no longer sell Zelfs in my country... I hope these have a longer stay (even if this means substitute them)
