Yes. I usually prefer priority mail in the US. That flat rate boxes and envelopes. The padded envelope can ship up to eight adult g1 ponies and is $6.22 every time I have checked. Boxes or faster than about three days is more. If you only want one I can go by weight and lower it to $2. International and more than a large flat rate box I would need an address or zip code to look up.
