ETA . Harmony2014 has been involved in a number of transactions, swaps, and trades over multiple sites. There have been more issues now come to light than the ones posted here . If you have bought something from her and still not received it , please open a claim with Paypal now if you haven't already done so. Also please post here and PM myself or Ponylady - thanks

Thanks for the heads up and I'm sorry you haven't had your items or any communication . I hope that the seller responds now there is a case open at least.
unfortunately you are not the only member here who is having problems with Harmony2014 at the moment. I know of at least another - who I have recommended add her story to your thread here. She was in a trade with Harmony but has had no parcel or communication either :(

please add your info here if you are in the middle of a transaction with Harmony2014 and you have not had your item(s)/and or communication. There is at least one other person.
Harmony2014 if you are reading this please post here too and contact those you are dealing with. I know real life stuff can get in the way or there may be some other reason why you haven't been able to message people or post items, but please do communicate with us. It's easier to work things out that way and people feel better about the situation ;)
Siiri, have you had any news from the Paypal case yet ? :what:

PayPal is waiting for Harmony's answer. They will make a decision on the 13th day if I remember correct.

Thanks for the update :hug: so she still hasn't responded? :( you'll get your money back even if she doesn't but it would be better if she actually sorts this out herself.

Sadly Harmony participated in a Christmas Ornament swap on the TP and has not come through either. Other members have had difficulties as well.
I've contacted her about the swap (as I was host) but have heard nothing back. I sent her the ornament I made her, about $15 of presents and a Starsong for a Pony for Pony swap.
I'm a bit sad about it, I thought she was a lovely gal from chats we had.

I'd advise anyone who is dealing with Harmony2014 and has already bought ponies from her (but not received them to open a Paypal claim this point.

Update : from further info/investigation Harmony2014 has been involved in a number of transactions, swaps, and trades over multiple sites. Hi there!
I've been away for a while, so I didn't see this straight away, but I was in a trade with this person and I never received my end of the trade, and she never gave me the proof of postage either after I asked her for it. I've lost 5 G3s in this trade.
I've sent multiple PMs, not once did I get a reply, despite her being online.
I'm sad to see that I'm not the only person she has done this to.
If it helps, I think the trade was around the 5th of December, I'll need to check my PMs.
If anyone had any information that can't be shared in this thread please send me a PM.

A quick reminder for everyone involved - if you can open a case, please do, If you cant because it was a trade or a swap, you can still help to warn others by leaving appropriate negative feedback (which can be changed if she comes back and sorts things out)

There was a post over facebook a few days ago seeking a "missing" person in the trader circles. Unsure if it's the same one but she was a UK resident and had withdrawn from collecting due to the loss of her horse. Could it be the same person?

Hmm. On my PayPal it said (sorry name removed from public thread, but thanks for the info ~ XX Ringlets ) as her name
I got a refund from PayPal a few days ago :)

I haven't heard that Emfen. Its possible of course, and if its true I do feel sorry for her loss... :(
but it does not excuse her for not sending her part of her trades/swaps or the ponies people have bought from her - and not communicating / refunding either. She could easily have contacted the people she was dealing with and let them know what has happened- I'm sure they would have been understanding - and if she is giving up collecting then she still should not let down the people she is already in transactions with. She needs to finish up her swaps/trades/pay back what she owes people or send their ponies - then she can take the time out from collecting if she needs it. At least then she would always be welcome back too if ever she wanted to collect again/re-join the community :awake:

It could of course be a different person entierly Ringlets, but the occurrence here and on facebook aligned perfectly. Unsure if I have dealt with this user before but the person I was talking about never sent me my pony, back in august last year. I had to open a case against her and only then did she reply she was "on vacation and could not send the pony". It just came off as weird to me that you don't send a pony for 30 days and neglect to inform about your travel plans. :/

Are you talking about the lady mentioned on the 80's Pony and toy group? Its not her. She came back to us and made good on the people waiting for her to ship.
