This is kind of random but...last night I had a dream that my ponies were fully pose-able...like...not with jointed plastic...the plastic itself was malleable. so they looked like themselves (Tex in particular was prominent in the dream, rearing up), with seamless plastic...just in different poses that I chose. XDXD

What a fun dream! I love it when I dream about ponies, although it makes waking up even harder than usual. :biggrin:
Didn't Barbie have a gimmick like this a while back... Something-flex Barbie? I remember they looked sort of gumby-esque and even freakier than usual for Barbie. ^^;
Speaking of Barbie, I think it would be really interesting to see a pony with internal "click" joints in the legs like some Barbies have. The vinyl would have to be squishier than usual for sure, but a normal-looking pony with hidden articulation might be theoretically possible that way.

Yep, those! :) Thanks. They look slightly awkward, but it would be fun to have them for posing purposes.

It's quite a soft, rubbery plastic, but it has wires inside it to help maintain the shape. I managed to snap the wire in at least one of my Julip horse's legs, so now it doesn't pose very well :(

Oh I see. The wire must have been a thin gauge for it to snap :(

Oh that would have been awesome! Being able to repose ponies to suit their personalities would be great!
