I hope I'm correct that there was a mo version...
I have her store releases (short/long hair) and movie. She's got some lovely variations!

Is there a MO version? I get confused as to what early ponies did and didn't have this...?
I have year 2 and year 3 Firefly (straight hair and curly hair versions) and Italian Firefly. Oh, and Movie Firefly. I don't think I have anything else exotic though...
Year 2 Firefly came from my first trade partner. First time I ever saw Firefly, in real life or in a picture was when she took her out of a box of trade ponies. Medley was with her. They were two big characters in my childhood but because they weren't sold here, I didn't totally know they existed till I got online.
Year 3 Firefly came from some lovely person here on the Arena right before I went to do my MA in London. I was very nervous about moving to the capital then, and Firefly cheered me up :D
Italian Firefly came from...the local car boot sale I think O.o. Local collector and her weird ponies.
I have seen some very pretty Nirvana Fireflies, but don't own any except Italian. I think I have both versions of her baby (HK) though...?
Movie Firefly came in a trade. I sadly don't remember who from, it was a long time ago now.

I had her but don't have her anymore. I am not sure if I will get her again.

That greek, oh my. I'll take every greek version of her please.
I have store version, 2 movie versions on accident, a lot of merch of her... and my birthday cake this year gave me a newfound big appreciation for her.

Oh crap, and there's a Venezuela version of her that I would love to have as well. *Dang it should have voted for "want a variation" option in addition to store and movie versions*

I have the store version. She is very pretty. My Firefly is leaning a little due to her pose. I have some stickers with Firefly on them.

I have the normal version, curly/longer haired version, and the movie version!! ^^ I have to say, the movie version is my favorite version of her. :)

I have the movie version. She wasn't a favourite initially, but since owning her she's really grown on me :)

I have the store version and the movie version of Firefly. I love them both. I found the movie version at a thrift store a few months ago. I was so excited! Her pose is adorable.

I had the storytape with his story (he was a boy in the german version of "Lost in the Clouds") and always wanted a Firefly back then... never got him though lol.
But now I have three Fireflys; I have regular US, Italy and the Movie version.

This Italy Firefly came to me with a Dancing Butterflies... both were on Ebay (no pics just a description) and when I got them I was amazed how beautiful and untouched they looked. When I thanked the seller, they responded : "Yes, they havnt been played with, I unpacked them for cheaper shipping." ... 0.0 Cant get over that. Its been years since it happened when I just had started collecting as an adult but I will never ever forget that, lol.
I wish my friend would not have combed her mane -_-

I ahve an Italian Firefly, but no regular Firefly yet. I do prefer the pink on the Italian though, so soft and light!

I have a normal one and one rehaired by Sunshine. The rehair has been signed by VAs, writers, and artists working on FiM and its comics. I just got her signed by Lauren Faust and Bonnie Zacherle!

I got MOC Italian Firefly and I got the greeks green, orange and pink versions.
I dream to add one day the blue version!!!!!

I love her! I remember opening her and the video up and playing with her when I was little. Playing with multiples of her actually! Going to hills to buy her!

I have the normal one, the long-haired re-release, the movie version, a Mexican, an Italian, and a Peruvian. Gotta love Firefly, she's classic MLP!

I'd settle for the store version, but would love to someday have the French, the green Greek or most of all the Venezuelan pink on pink!

Ahh! Firefly was my first Pegasus & one of the first few ponies I received as a child...she may have been the second as it seemed as if I'd always had her. Still have the ol' girl! I think that's responsible for this becoming one of my fav poses & I wish it had been used more.

One of my favorites:) Love the colors, the pose--all make for a wonderful personality. And no, there was no MO version--I would have *loved* it if Hasbro had done some others early G1 MOs b/c I needed them! I got lucky and found Firefly at the store around 1988-89.

Firefly is so beautiful and classic! I am on my 3rd one and I think my last- she is pretty darn perfect to me- I just got her this year, I upgraded her twice. Now I just need an upgrade for her baby.

Firefly's so lovely when you find her mint! I have both the original U.S. Year 2 release and the movie version. I got the movie version when I was four, so when I think of Firefly I think of her. In my herd she had a very motherly personality. The original Firefly looks much more spunky to me and I think of her as the movie Firefly's spirited daughter.

Her mane is easily fixable imo - you could comb some cold water through it, then curl the 'rats tails' around your finger in the way they naturally want to go. Dry her upside down so the curls dry in.

I had the movie version but was stupid enough to sell her. I still don't know why I sold her.
She's so beautiful, her colors, her pose...
Hope to find one again one day, hopefully as mint as the one I had

I have both firefly and the movie firefly but I perfer the movie fireflys pose I love that pose alot.

I love Firefly! I prefer the original to the movie version . . . I don't think Heart Throb's pose fits her personality.
For some reason I thought Firefly was a boy when I was a kid. (Never saw the special until I started collecting.)

Firefly was my very first MLP. I bought her with my saved up allowance from a chain store that no longer exists. The best part is, despite losing 2/3s of my childhood collection, I still have my Firefly. :)
