So make a run to Walmart today hoping to find a new box of Puppy in My Pocket.. No new box sad to say, though they had 4 boxes of the CareBears.. which I didn't bother with because after getting 3 of the same ones I said "nope".. I assumed they were all series 1 anyway..
However, on the aisle were some of the girl lego items were... I saw a peg of the CB blind bags again. I thought "Ok they must be way over stocked on those things." I looked anyway and the front of the bag looked like the Series 1, but when I turned it over I saw that the bears looked to be semi-translucent and glittery o.o
Turns out the ten are series 2 and I managed to get 9 of them (I was only going to get 3 but changed my mind). I got 9 because there were only about 12 bags there and 3 of them were doubles. These bags actually had numbers on them..
So I thought I'd share, I wasn't sure if anyone started a post on these things but if anyone wants a specific character..
The numbers can be found at the bottom of the bag below the box for the 1-800 number :)
#0109 = Friend Bear
#0110 = Cheer Bear
#0111 = Grumpy Bear (this was the only number I didn't get)
#0112 = Goodluck Bear
#0113 = Wish Bear
#0114 = Secret Bear
#0115 = Bedtime Bear
#0116 = Share Bear
#0117 = Love-a-Lot Bear
#0118 = Sweet Dreams Bear
And after opening I realized that the bears are listed on the back in the exact order as the numbers XD

Welp, looks like I am going to visit Walmart tomorrow. xD hopefully I can find Wish, Cheer, Share, and Secret Bear. :D Thank you for posting the codes!

Oh wow. I've seen the bags but didn't know there was a difference between the Series 1 and the Series 2. I might have to get some of these.

I saw these at Wal-Mart and it was tempting especially since Care Bears were such a big part of my childhood. I refrained.

Yeah $2.88 is the general price I noticed for ALL blind bags I've seen... My bank cried when I bought the 9 bears XD I normally try and buy in small batches but I wasn't sure if they were still going to be there.

Lol the CareBear cousins would be great! Sadly I don't know if the cousins are in the newer series and that is what these blind bags are for :<
I was annoyed that series 1 Grumpy Bear didn't look grumpy at all.. that is due to the mold they used x.x

yeah I don't know if they have exact places for them... the first series of them should be on the same aisle as the little people stuff.. but 2nd series was on the pegs with some of the lego items for girls.. I'm not 100% sure what that aisle is as it does not have Barbie/MH/EAH.. nor MLP/LPS.. nor toddler items
And believe me there was so few even at my store for 2nd series.. just the 10 bags and 2 or 3 extra bags that were doubles

Yeah! I like the Cousins Best and wouldn't it be nice to get the more obscure ones like the Panda Twins, Cozy Heart Penguin, Noble Heart Horse, Treat Heart Pig and Gentle Heart Lamb?

They had both series 1 and series 2 at the Walmart near me.

I guess I will have to keep looking. I've checked several stores but maybe they haven't made it to my area yet. I found the one Series 1 Care Bear mixed in with the MLP blind bags.

When i first found series 1 they were right next to the mlp blind bags till they moved them over to the little people's aisle. I can now say I found my series 2 in the same aisle as girls legos, barbies, MH, and EAH. My store is small so there is only 2 to 3 aisles for girls toys, two to 3 for boys, and one for the younger set of kids. I bought the last bag today which I know I had already but eh I could see about customizing it XD.
It's likely this series has not hit all the walmarts yet and as I said mine only had 13 bags of these on a peg

I've been keeping an eye out for series 2 since I adore glitter but it seems they haven't shown up here yet.

I've only been able to find a couple of random Series One leftovers at my Target, since I commented. Which is fine, since I hadn't grabbed any of those, but the glitter ones are cutter, imo. No luck at all at Walmart, haven't tried TrU. Kmarts near me have now all closed.

I was able to get the few I wanted except goodluck bear. No sign of that one anywhere!

I was finally able to some more of these at the store today and got Grumpy and Cheer. I haven't seen Good Luck Bear yet either.

I found these also in the plush aisle right next to the plush Care Bears. Good Luck Bear is the last one I need to find but I haven't seen him yet.

I wonder if the next series (assuming they continue with them) will include the Cousins as well, to tie in with Care Bears and Cousins premeiring on Netflix in November?

They are both Series one I guess but different releases. The one on the bottom is from the blue bags. The one on the top looks it is a metallic bag series one release.

You're right Wardah. I found one of my blue bag Care Bear bags and they were made by Hasbro and the newer metallic bags are made by Just Play.
