Height and width are fine, but weight is much overlimit: 233.13 KB. Limit is 60 KB.

Strange, it says 57 kb on disc on my Mac and 54, 5 kb in Photoshop. Where do you find the info ?
EDIT  I resized again - it now says 33 kB on disc on the info here -- is it any good ?

It's now showing 37.64 KB here.

Image sizes sometimes change once they are uploaded. You can check the size by right-clicking on the image and choosing Properties.
