The record that was broken was that it only took me a week to make her! this has more to do with the fact that I didn't have to do a rehair (thus no decapitation required).
Bead Applejack is sitting on the swing in the garden, with our tiny apple orchard (four whole trees, heheh) behind her. I thought this appropriate for a crazy apple pony.

More images of her (and other recently finished projects) are available on my FB page - https://www.facebook.com/pages/Daisys-Crazy-Crafts/391598934307525 (https://www.facebook.com/pages/Daisys-Crazy-Crafts/391598934307525)

she looks amazing!
I have just checked out your FB page, and oh my, you do incredible stuff! :ohyeah: I have worked with beads for quite a long time, but this type of beadwork stuff, while I admired it, I never had the courage to try out.

Gorgeous! I don't know you do it, all those beads, just boggles my mind.
I also had to check out your FB page, the rainbow Unicorn you did last year is amazing!
Do you take commissions at all? ^.^

Hee, thank you! I do take commissions but not right now :) I'm frantically making stuff to (hopefully) sell at UK Ponycon (only 99 days away, eek!).
Once that's done, I can and will take commissions again. Feel free to message me!

wow thats crazyly cool!! Love her

Wow!!! So forgive if this is a silly question are these beads laid and glue painstakingly and precisely on the pony? Its just stunning work.
OMG!! Do you stich all those beads?!! :dropjaw:****

Thanks everyone!
The beads are threaded and then glued. It's easy enough on legs, but when you have to go under the tummy/between the legs THAT can be a pain!
And easy enough when the pony is only one colour too! It's when I'm making a pony with patterns on, getting the beads to line up right so the pattern doesn't get too bumpy is also a bit of a job
I'm planning a patterned pony soon, more fool me! Currently working on a beady Rainbow Dash, once she is done then I'll be torturing myself with mixing colours and then wishing I'd never thought of it....again!
