Hi all!
Some time ago I saw someone here (sorry, can't remember who), had a NC Peachy with faded hair to white. I saw it and thought it was a variant. Even if the hair was faded, she didn't look like the Peachy I had from my childhood. Today, I finally got one of my own and was able to compare it with my Peachy.
The first thing I noticed is the different symbols.

Mine is the one with the lighter symbol. Some might think it's faded, but even if they are, look at the shape. Mine are more rounded.
Second, the body colour:

The I checked the washers, and they are different too.

Then, the hair. The only clue I have is the part of the tail that wasn't exposed and therefore, not faded.

The one from the variant peachy is lighter, and from how it fades, I'd say it's more like the colour used in NC Posey or Lickety Split.

And last, the eyes.

Regular Peachy has darker blue eyes.
Hoof markings are the same.

My theory is that there must have been two releases of the Pretty Parlour, and that they did two variants, as it happened with Piggy Peachy.
What are your opinions?

So there have always been two Peachy's in the nirvana gallery, both seem to have the same symbol ( brighter pink and more pointy) so I think now they are both the same pony, only one has faded hair. I have always had a funny feeling there was more than one Spain Peachy, which is why I always left both pictures!

Now what I spy with my little eye is the rounded heart Peachy has the same symbols as Cupido :)

I think Cupido was an MB release from looking at Agua Limone card, soooooooo I am now curious to see what MB Piggy "Snuzzle's" symbol is like AND if there is a relationship between MB/Brekar "Snuzzle" and the two CP Peachy's.
I am wondering if they reused the symbol stamps for Piggy Peachy/Piggy Snuzzle and CP Cupido/CP Peachy. On first looking Piggy Peachy's symbols are different to CP Peachy's (number of hearts and shape) but we can't yet rule out Piggy Snuzzle as I don't have any good pictures of her symbols.

That is a very good theory! I find it more than possible that they would recycle the symbol stamps for them. So maybe the difference between Perla and Loly Pop is in the hearts. I'm going to go through my pics and see if I can find something!

:P I think piggy "Snuzzle" is a whole new thread! I have been staring at Snuzzle pictures :blink: I can see two versions and one has "straight" hearts and the other has "jaunty" hearts. I am still struggling to find good close up pictures thought. Also the MOC pictures all have the ponies mane over her butt!
This has nothing to do with your CP Peachy though ;) As I was looking at MIB and MIP ponies last night I noticed that it was MB that produced all the regular ponies :) Two releases would fit, but then again we know things were inconsistent in the factory (thinking of the Twinkle eye ponies).

Yes, I looked at the piggies too, and the hearts are completely different from these.

I saw some pretty parlour boxes that were marked MB :) I couldn't be sure which pony came with them though (either piggy or regular)
Have you shared this with the Spanish pony community at all? :)

Yes, I did share with the collectors, but they did find it too exciting :p I guess Peachy isn't a very valued pony unless we talk about a Piggy or Cupido. But I think it's a lovely pony! ^^ And I'm so glad I finally got the two variants.

It turns out I have seen her before. I was looking at the archive on the old arena and found a similar thread about the two Peachys. It was speculated then that may be two different releases.
I'd love a picture of round symbol Peachy for the nirvana gallery ;-)

I can take a good pic of mine tomorrow if you like, but mine unfortunately has had a hair cut. She was in the bathtub with me and my sister so much that her hair got all frizzy in the ends and I remember my mum cutting them off. I'm now in search of an upgrade ^^

Same symbols as the piggy ponies. I believe I have both versions in the regular Peachy too but I can't really remember and I'm far from where my ponies are to check!
