Somehow i didnt know this playset was released and would like to find one still mib for a decent price. Ebay has crazy prices. Is $70 how much its really worth mib?

I would not pay more than retail for it to be honest. It got releases over a couple of years and went to discount in a few times so it was easy enough to find for a while. Plus shipping could be pricey. However, its not something you are likely to find in stores now (especially with the new castle coming) and as time passes it may spike in price for a couple of years before settling back down. I would not pay out more than the $45-50 mark assuming MIB.
