Title: PC - Paradise Estate

I'm planning on taking my Paradise Estate to the MLP Fair to sell (so hopefully shipping costs can be avoided).  I'm wondering how to price it, as I'm not sure which accessories really up its value and which don't.  It's a complete shell w/ pool and patio.  The accessories included are:

Floor lamp
Bed
Stereo
TV
Coffee Table (stickers peeled off)
Armchair
Sofa
1 complete swivel chair
1 swivel chair with no base
Fridge
Sink/cupboards
2 Seapony statues
2 patio chairs
Patio table with umbrella (missing heart topper)
1 complete lantern
1 lantern missing top
Vanity
Most of the flowers

I would say around $150 with all that. I sold mine for $110 and it only came with the main in-door furniture pieces :)

You will probably do well with it person as shipping is what dents its final price most of the time. I think the $150 mark sounds good.
