My sister is going to be having her birthday in May, and she wants Twilight Sparkle so badly! So I want to get her for her...Does anybody has one?

Hi,
I have a few. I have travelling TS complete, Crystal Motion complete, Playful single complete (even though trying to sell in a lot with the Mane 6), Shine Bright TS (trying sell in a lot with Starbeam Twinkle - Celebration @ Canterlot Set).

If she just wants one of the regular-size, brushable ponies, you might do better looking at a store, what with shipping and everything.

Granted, Walmart etc. would probably only have the Princess version, but a local pharmacy or grocery store might still have the regular unicorn version if that's what she's after. Big Lots might also still have older versions.
