I bought ponies from Lauren *slight edit to remove personal information* on facebook last august but I never got those. We tried to figure things out and finally last month she promised to pay back.
Well I never got my money and now she have blocked me.
PLEASE IF ANYONE KNOWS HERE USERNAME ON MLP ARENA, ADD IT UNDER THIS!

I am sorry that you are having issues and that she blocked you. It seems a bit suspicious. I personally have no idea who she is or if she is an arena member. It looks like she has a custom pony for sale from Hannaliten. Perhaps Hanna may know who she is on the boards.
Also to add I made a small edit to your post. We unfortunately do not allow personal information about anyone to be posted, such as full names or email address's. If anyone needs to know her full name then feel free to PM me and I will give it to you. Thanks PL

It was me who messed her around, and I have given her her money back. I explained to Her I never meant to do this, but I got scared because me or my family didn't have the money. I understand if I am on the bad traders list for this transaction but this is the first time I've messed up. I got diagnosed with depression and it makes things 20x harder, plus I'm having a tough time at college, so I hope the pony community can forgive me. I'm once again really sorry about this whole mess, I honestly never meant to do it :(

Thanks for replying Scraleos. I am sure it was hard to admit what has been going on and that you were the seller. What is important though is that you admitted to it and are making things right at this point.
Can you confirm sohviz that you have received a refund?

I did receive refund.
Scraleos, I never threatened you or was mad at you before you blocked me.
I have tough with money too but I still gave you blenty of time to get this.
You hate me with no reason. And I never blamed you for scamming just told that we have to get this thing done.
And don't like that you said I'm scamming you.
I'll sent you copy of post offices decision of refund where they told that you have to pay ponies back and ask refund from your post.

sohviz I understand why you were upset :hug: Your seller has explained in this thread what happened though now too and she has refunded you now so hopefully you can move on and get the ponies from someone else

I completely agree with what PonyLady said - it cant have been easy to post this here but you did, you admitted what happened and you made things right by giving your buyer her refund - which is what really matters when things go wrong with a transaction :hug: :bigups:
It sounds like a pretty upsetting transaction for both buyer and seller but at least it is resolved now :)

I have nothing but good experiences with Scraleos. And life sometimes mess up and nobody is prefect. I'd say please don't be so harsh until you see the whole picture <3
I'd like to, if I happened to screw up at some point (which I acctually did once long ago, at the "old" arena) to be treated with a little understanding and forgiveness. I got thru it, got to explain myself, right myself and was welcomed to stay and prove that I was a good trader despite of my mistake.

She strung her along since August and then blocked her on Facebook so she had no other choice than to come here. Now she is writing nasty messages to her. I, to, has had a good transaction with Scraelos, but I don't like the way this is just being glossed over and OP is basically being told to forgive and forget. I would be so upset if that was me.

So sorry that happened to you, Sohviz! :hug: I imagine you must have felt so upset and frustrated having to chase after your purchase only to be left in the lurch without a Facebook contact name. :(

I don't think this is being glossed over TBH :awake: Yes it's a serious an unpleasant situation for Sohviz especially, and no-one is saying it wasn't or that she shouldn't be upset - we would *all* be upset in that situation
but also Scraleos could have just left it to Paypal, she didn't have to come and post here and admit what happened , what she did wrong or why - and its true that no-one is perfect, we can all mess up and do something we shouldn't - especially if we are dealing with real life stuff and ill health. We still aren't excusing what happened here, but at least things did get resolved in the end.
