I just recently started shopping online at vs and had to do a return through the mail and haven't heard anything from them and Everytime I enter the postal code it comes up with nothing. It's been a week now since I mailed the package back and don't know what to do. Has anyone else ever made a return with vs through the mail?

I did ages and ages ago and as far as I remember everything was fine. They got their item and I got my money back. I can't remember how long that took or if I even had tracking:/ I hope this gets resolved for you.

I shop online with them ALL the time! I have never had a problem with returns. But of course their mailing and returns are based right here in Central Ohio (actually in the city my husband works in ...LOL) Have you tried calling them? You get an actual person when you call.

Yea I finally called them today. It's just hard to get done when I work all the time and when I finally come home I'm tired but they told me their tracking said it was in the next state over from me which is only the first stop it makes from my town. A whole week later and I can't believe that's all the further it made it.

I am glad you were able to call and get some sort of update. Wow a whole week though. I know the USPS is a bit crazy right now but that seems to be taking it's good old time.

Actually that seems to be about right for items this time of year. I had an item from one state over sent 2-day priority take 5 days to get here just recently. Too much mail and not enough workers. Just feel thankful it's moving in the right direction. Just hopefully it's not lost there.
