Tell me she looks the same ? where is her thick and nice looking hair where are her gorgoeus eyes ? where is the white body ?

that pink spot on the black photo is also on the poiny i got but quess what ??? on a different spot

the symbol jewel is real rubbed and nothing compared to the on on the black photo !!

and quess what some sweet girl on the mlp arena facebook looked for me and she found the excact same photo on strawberry reef !!! NOOOOOOOO

I send a nice message that I did not recieved what is on the photo and if they can do anything about it here the reply :

I have 100% positive feedback and I know I sent you the item you bid on. I'm sorry that you aren't happy but I described the item perfectly and of course its a 30 year old vintage pony, which  I specialise in. No return accepted as I stated in my description....

then I said :

here look what you send to me deffo not the ssame pony on your photo !! lot of people agree with me - you can have 100% good feedback but that doenst mean you can make mistakes ..  but you do not want to help me out I see .. oke then I ask ebay

because it is so not true that you shipped the right item to me

and this I got back then :

Ebay resolution is the way forward thank you.

so offcourse right away I filed it on ebay and they tranfered me to paypal so filed a complain and case is open now !!

they are not responding ugh   :lookround:

here is the ebay listing that ended and I won so you all be aware of this scamming person:

It's clear based on the picture they included in the auction vs the picture of what you actually received that although it is the princess pony, it's NOT the exact one shown in the listing photo. Your seller is in the wrong and paypal should side with you if you provide pictures and point out the differences in your notes regarding the claim.

Sorry you didn't get what you ordered.

It seems she thinks it ok to borrow others pictures for her auctions  >_<  because going by her message back to you, she doesn't seem to think she has done anything wrong. It's clearly not the same pony. I am sure eBay will also see that. It's quite obvious.

Anyways if after 3 business days you don’t hear back from the seller, or are not satisfied with his or her resolution, escalate your case in the Resolution Center. eBay will then review it and most likely side in your favor.

Good luck and so sorry that you did not receive what you won  :(

thanks hunnys

What I also hate is that is he/she doenst respond on the claim and paypal choose my side

Then I need to send the item tracked back (to the uk wich will cost me 13 euro)

then ones package arrives I get all my money back but not the money for the shipping I pay to send the pony back that is aweful and so not fair

A the scammer gets pony back and can resel it again
B I have nothing and paid 13 euro :/

Wow, that's 100% not the same pony. I'm so sorry this happened to you and that you're feeling so crummy. Don't do anything that isn't recorded in the ebay dispute.
Get everything in writing and perhaps ask her to cover some of the shipping because of the high cost. It's not YOUR doing, you did nothing wrong in this. You'll get your money back if you include the photos into the dispute, for sure. There's no way they'll believe it's the same item, even if the person handling your case know nothing about ponies.

Hang in there and dooooon't cry!
I'd send you my pony for free if I had her!

I agree totally not the same! The pony in the picture has a doner tail. It has no tinsel! Hope you are able to get it sorted out!

I had a similar problem with a pony and I opened an eBay chat and spoke to someone and said how it wasn't fair that I had to pay return postage when it was the seller in the wrong and they sent me a return label to print off so I could send it back free of charge. It's worth a shot? Also I'm 99% sure that UK eBay has changed the rules so that it is now the responsibility of the seller to pay for return postage.

I totally agree - that pony you got is not the pony in the picture and the seller is not seeing what they did was wrong :(  ...but you will win your ebay case as its clear that that pony is not what you received. While its true that items have to be sent back with tracking if that's the resolution,  in a case like this - especially when the seller is being difficult- ebay will sometimes pay return postage for you :awake:  . They send a print out label for you with tracking included. It happened to me earlier this year when I got a badly damaged set of dolls - clearly not the perfect MIB ones I should have got, and the seller was not willing  to work with me, so I opened a case and ebay paid the return postage for me. It doesn't always happen though , it depends on the case...
One word of advice - If your seller does respond to the case , even if they say something nasty, don't argue back, keep calm and keep polite. Things always work out better then ;)
I'm wishing you all the best sweetie    please let us know how it goes

Make sure you tell them of the stolen pics and give them links to the sites they nicked them from....using other people's pics is against eBay policy and if it has been a chronic thing with him/her then they might come down pretty hard on her.
If she tries to contact you through eBay or your email address, just respond that you will only communicate through PayPal now as per the rules. If she does contact you through the email or whatever, make sure you save those messages should you need them later. Take a look at her other auctions (both active and complete) and do a little sleuthing of your own to see which pics are stolen. It'll help you feel less like a victim and more empowered as you're doing the work to expose him/her as the fraud they are. Just stick to facts and keep things short, sweet, and calm. If she get's cross with you, ignore it and send any messages to PayPal for review.
For items "not as described" I'm sure it's the responsibility of the seller to pay for returns, also.
German Tiffany may not have a donor tail...she may be a variant who just doesn't have any tinsel in her tail :)

Her pics of Snowflake came from my little wiki.
Can't this be reported? It's not something MIB that can use a stock photo...it isn't even a stock photo anyway, it's someone else's, but you know what I mean.

The snowflake images have been changed, I sent them a message and they apologized and changed the photos. They obviously don't get that you can't do that!

The auction image for your princess came from Strawberry Reef here (http://www.strawberryreef.com/Index/G1/Country/germany.html). I'm pretty sure given some time and more links I can find the rest of the images in a jiff. Sorry you got ripped off, how disappointing. :c

T hanks for the extra info Corona    Thats not good and can be added to your case if it hasn't been resolved already since it proves that the pony in the auction was not belonging to the seller so it clearly not the one you received whatever she/he says  ;)
Hopefully all went in your favour though ? Like Ponylady I've been thinking about you too  though I didn't have chance to catch up until now due to RL stuff

hi sweethearts , so hate this person ugh !!

paypal told me I can send it back tracked (wich means it cost me 13 euro)

then when the item arrived I get my money back for the pony and the shipping I paid !!

oke but here it comes:  I DO NOTTTT get the money back ( the 13 euro) I paid to ship it to her

I put my complain to paypal and they say they cannot ask the seller to pay the 13 euro also I was like WTF they fraude me and I am going to be the victom hell no !!

so end of story I end up paying 13 euro and get nothing

Closed the paypal claim and left super bad feedback !!!

I also reported her to ebay so if everyone does this it would help get this scammers of from ebay selling !!!

My badly looked princess pony is now in germany to a fellow pony friend super awesome nice lady who offered me for free to restore her like new  how sweet is that !! there are such beautiful people in the world   :lovey: :lovey:

I'm sorry to hear that happened, have you contacted ebay and expressed your concerns? It's not right for you to be out of pocket because the seller used someone else's photo, the seller is in the wrong and ebay may decide to reimburse you for the return shipping costs.

Yes I agree with MikeysGrrrl....I would get in contact with ebay. They are usually very good about making sure the buyer is happy in the end. Especially if you have good feedback. I had a package that never arrived at my house but the tracking info showed it as being delivered. Needless to say I was not happy....the seller would not respond to me at all.....or the post office.....but ebay gave me a full refund after I sent them a message explaining everything that had happened.

Oh my..... you received a very sad pony there. She's got a real gimp going on there.... did the child who played with it hold all four legs in one hand to play??? How do legs get that messed up? That's a pony you would have to put down, were she real....

You shouldn't be stuck with that return shipping   I once had a seller send the wrong pony, and he didn't want to pay for the return shipping- a whole 2.00 US (I was so irked!).

I contacted Ebay and told them the situation, and I got free return shipping under their guarantee.  Maybe you can still contact them and request that, since the item wasn't as described?

I am pretty sure if you're returning an item because it isn't as described in the listing, the seller is responsible for return shipping charges, regardless of the seller's return policy. The only stipulation is that you must work with the seller to agree on the shipping service and cost before returning the item. That is coming straight from eBay's return policy.

Like I said thos evil people respond to nothing anymore NOTHING !!!

Assholes I am sick of them and hope they will get what they deserve .... theire time will come peeps believe me   :lookround:    >_< -_-

My princess is now in germany getting restored in the new year she is back then I will show her off to you all hunnys  :satisfied:

and no if paypal gives you a message what you can do and you not agree then it is my problem ... paypal said that they cannot get shipping money for retunrs of the account from the seller because thats not theire policy  so what ever I allready let it al goneed some good vibe and no bad ones because my dad is in the hospital so I got better things to do than having bad feelings about those kind of scumbags

thank you all
