Title: Help me ID these painted mini figurines? (G3?)

Googling hasn't helped me much -- I know you all will be able to aid a novice collector. I thrifted these today and wonder what their deal is.

They're from Phidal's "Welcome to Ponyville!" Busy Book. :)

They are so sweet! I am a big fan of all things miniature, and the detail on these is really quite nice!
