Title: Looking to commission artist - pet drawings from photographs

This is an odd one...
I am hoping to give my mum a very special Christmas gift - a collage of images of her dogs over the years. I am therefore looking to see if its possible to commission an artist who is able to take photographs and turn each one into a drawing which can be displayed together in one large piece. I know this is a big ask but we have so many incredibly talented artists on the board, I thought I would ask :)

ooh, I have a few recommendations.
1--Elisabeth Holmes, creative genius behind The Naughty Rabbit https://www.facebook.com/rabbitashes (https://www.facebook.com/rabbitashes). Not only does she do her bunny figures, she is an amazing artist. Her and my husband went to university together. Her contact info should be on her FB page, but if you can't find it/don't do FB, let me know, and I'll get ya her email.

3. Morgan Spicer (Bark Point Studio). Hers are more caricatures, which is my preferred style, but she also does traditional :) She did a friends pibbles visitors can't see pics , please register or login

I've only done a few pet portraits. I'm only working now on my second one ever in colour :P All my realism is on my website :)

BluePeg's portraits are beautiful. :)

Oh Rhini your work is so beautiful as well! I am spoilt for choice. I had already pmed the wonderful Moonbreeze however - but I am sure I could be tempted back for something else from you in the future! *skips happy out of thread*
