The cosmetic problems that I know I can fix are pencil/crayon marks and doodles over, well, a lot of it.
The missing/broken bits: It is missing the stairs, the railing around the balcony, the double french doors, two "working" lights, the extra floor piece, and the adjustable wall. One corner of the back roof has broken off.
It is also an older model: the structure is brown, not cream.
Any ideas on what it's worth?
I'm not sure if I'm keeping it or selling. I don't have room to start another collection, but I just love Calico Critter buildings!
