Title: Who has a Pony Travel Buddy?

Hello all! trying to post more around here :) Thought I might ask if anyone else out there brings a pony friend (or any travel buddy, not just ponies!) around with them? and if so who is your little travelling companion? :)

I bring around with me everywhere a G1 baby Tiddly Winks, she's so cute and has come with me to University, Therapy, shopping everywhere, 3 different towns, and many more places! She helps me calm down when i'm anxious and upset, that little smiling pony face is just too perfect!

Does anyone else have a travel buddy? :)

I have a clear Rarity blindbag I always keep in my bag/pocket. A friend of mine bought her for me, and her cutie mark is a bit misprinted, so I thought she must be lucky.

Meeee! Usually blindbags, my HK doll, or some other toy. I get nervous about not being home and traveling somewhere overnight far away from my collection or pets so I take a toy or two to keep me calm :-) This time im taking Cerise with me camping!!!

No one consistent. Some compromise between who's easy to grab and who's thematically appropriate. Pinkie for parties, Electric Sky and/or Magnet Bolt for tech stuff, Colgate for medical appointments, and so on.

I love taking ponies everywhere. Usually I take Baby Surprise, but sometimes I bring ponies that match the occasion.

I used to have a Rainbow Dash blindbag that I attached to a keyring that I kept on my bag but she fell off somewhere between the airport and arriving in Spain last year  :|  I just hope someone maybe found her and gave her a new home.

I'm too worried to take any of my other ponies out with me in case I lose or damage them.

I love this question!  My traveling buddy is Royal Riff from the blind bag series.  I'm kind of a showboat when it comes to Mr. Riff, just ask my co-workers  :P  I feel a little less anxious knowing I have a traveling buddy with me  :blush:

I don't have a specific pony, but I usually stuff someone in my pocket/bag if I'll be away from home overnight. Mainly g4s because I don't have the courage to take one of my G1s and risk harming them.

I have a Pinkie who travels around in my laptop bag :) She can be an interesting discussion point if she tumbles out of the bag during a meeting.

I don't take any of my ponies out and about, in case they go AWOL. However, since 2007, I have had this groovy little possibly-a-cat called Nate who travels with me quite a lot. He's had quite some adventures!

I don't have any pony travel buddies, but I do have a small teddy bear and a cuddly stuffed dog that I take on all my holidays and overnight trips, because I can't stand leaving them alone at home.  I don't think I'll ever quite grow out of that :lol:

Rainbow Power Rarity (the one with the tinsel mane) She remained in my purse throughout all of my senior high school year and as a result, her body became dingy and her mane became ratty XD but I fixed her up, and she's almost as good as new :P

My 2nd one would be G3 Twilight Pink :3

Any other times, it just ranges....but those are the main 2 travel ponies :)

Yes!

The pony I choose depends on where I am going. For example, I like taking colorful G3s to the beach and blue ponies to cold places. I usually carry my Baby Sugarberry in my purse. I love her too much to leave her home.

Big Mac and Chance-A-Lot assist me in gardening and are permanent fixtures on my keychain. It helps immensely when dealing with children 5 and under.  ^^;

I have a little mini G1 repro Firefly who travels around in my purse.  She has gone on road trips, and to cons, and lots of places.  It is nice knowing she is in there, especially since she was a gift from a really good friend of mine.  I also keep her comb in my bag because I think combing pony hair is really relaxing.  Normally she just stays in my bag, so I don't have any cute pictures of her in different places.  I should start trying to get some.

I like to take photos with my ponies when I go to a pretty place or a restaurant  :lol:

All my ponies travel with me, so I don´t have only one travel buddy  ^.^

I'm in a habit of never leaving my house without a blind bag---and usually I choose based on what I'm doing. When I needed extra luck on a test, I brought Twilight Sparkle. When I needed extra self confidence, Rainbow dash. When I was hoping to make a new friend, Pinkie Pie.
I like always having one with me and pretending they help me out somehow.

I wish I did!  I'm going to be house sitting at the end of the month, and I want to bring one of my ponies with me.  I'm sure having one would make me feel more secure, too.  But I don't know how to do it safely with any of my G1s  :(  I worry they'd get dirty in my purse.

Check out a store that caters to the D&D crowd. They usually will have velveteen dice bags that are perfect for one or two G1s.

I have one, but she's not a pony. Mine is a little Hamutaro finger puppet I got from a capsule machine when I went back to Japan as a kid. She's very special to me and is always in my hand when I go out. She's pretty small too, so easy to conceal :)

Aww I love reading everyone's stories and their little travel buddies!
I protect Tiddly Winks with a clear plastic bag, so no colour will transfer onto her and she's nice and safe :)

I don't usually travel with ponies, but this time I made Applejack my travel buddy during my holiday in Jizera and Karkonosze mountains, which made her a true mountain pony^^

I have a blind bag Rarity that rides around in my purse. I travel for work and my daughter asked me to keep a pony with me. I don't take pics of it doing things, but sometimes I find ponies at thrift stores and they will hang out in the bathroom or kitchen of my hotel room. Sometimes my roommate gets freaked out when she comes out and finds headless ponies in the kitchen.
