So I was out at Walmart looking at housepaints with my mom as she is renovating her house, and I popped in at the pony aisle and saw both Celesta and and Luna on the shelves!

For those curious what store it was, it was the Argyle Mall Location in London, Ontario (Canada)

I left Canada barely a week ago this is rubbish :lol: I knew all the new stuff would hit after I left ahahaha. Also, only $18? Daaamn, that's a lot cheaper than they're gonna be here.
How are Canadian shipping rates to the UK? That or I'll be asking my friend super nicely ahaha.

I completely spaced and forgot to list down their retail price while I was there. I tried calling the walmart about half an hour ago to get a price check and they were closed for the night >_<
I'll call first thing in the morning to get numbers for you folks.

I was going to say, $18 each is a total steal!
I might actually get someone else to pick these up for me as opposed to waiting for them to reach Australia, this time. I really like Celestia, and Luna's accessories are too awesome.

It should as long as it's the real acetone and not the acetone alternative gentle nail-polish remover. I use 100% acetone and it works on the Design-A-Ponies.

:frolic: bought my Celestia today!! :cheer: she was $24.97 plus tax. There's one left I wouldn't mind grabbing for someone if they want :) she's part of the walmart exclusive Through the Door line (in case anyone didn't know). I'm going to attempt to take the lines and music notes off her wings without getting rid of the sparkles too much. I hope to get to that tonight.
Oh and since I don't keep accessories hers will be for sale/trade if anyone is interested :)

Thanks Starflower for the price :D the person I was on the phone with to get prices from was completely incompetent and said they were all sold out and hung up the phone.

Smyths carry part of the TTM line - I think we got the small Sunset Shimmer and Twilight brushies, and the FS Twilie. They already list the two FS princesses (at £20 each >.<) online, but as they never carried the TTM Twilight Sparkle EqG doll, I think it's unlikely they'll carry the Celestia and Luna dolls. Might be worth emailing them to ask if they'll stock them, though :)

Yup - so far in the UK we have got all of last year's exclusive lines - all the Through the Mirror releases and all the Pinkie's Boutique releases [dolls and ponies]. With them already showing the FS ponies, I think thats a good sign we will get the dolls as well.
How awesome they are showing up so quickly! And a good price considering how much white Celestia FS used to go to. I know a white FS was inevitable but its so nice to finally see her on shelves for people.

Oooh okay, they did get her :lol: It just doesn't say in the title so I didn't notice before!

Well I took Celestia's lines and notes off. The glitter is actually pretty resilant and stayed on pretty good. There's some spots where it came off a bit, mostly where the big notes were. Anyways here's some pics:

There's no glitter at the base of her wings so where the 3 purple lines meet you can really get in there with no worries.
Hope this helps a bit with everyone who was curious about taking the lines/notes off :)

Does anyone know how much it would cost to post a Celestia and Luna to Australia?
If someone could pick these two up for me I'd be super grateful but I've heard that posting from Canada to Australia is fairly expensive. (I'd want to keep the MIB)
