Official brag thread for the army swap.

I got my box from fox.
And I gotta say I was pretty proud of the box sent.  But was totally blown away when I opened my box.
So spoiled!
 I'm on my phone so I'm still trying to figure out how to post pics.
 Fox went after my twilight and flash army and holy moly did fox outdo herself.

glad everything arrived safe and sound. As for the customs I made I'll post a little about them on the custom page, the g4-g3 Twilight got the most ragging on. My brother saw her and said she looked like her neck was broken. I found several pictures of real horses that do hold their heads like that when they rear up so he can stuff it! (also if you pose her behind another pony and take a picture it looks like she's plotting and is up to no good :3)

The Flash was made from a MCD Rainbow Dash and it was my first time cutting, sanding, and sculpting on that kind of level. He's a little rough but not bad in my opinion.

Most art by me but GothicSugar and I were doing a trade and for the last piece I decided to request art for this box.

and i love the little chubby sculptures found those on etsy. (ended up getting a complete army set for myself  :whistle:) that's what the business card was from.
(sorry about the gems too... some got abducted by little hands.  >_< )

I received my box  from  Salemsparkle :3 The box was amazing and she went above and beyond anything I could ever have expected!

I got this lovely MLP hair comb, that I will find some way to wear out in public :P It's so cute and goes so well with my black hair.

The best thing about the box by far was all the ponies :3 Look at them all! Moon jumper has amazing new hair and wings that look so nice on her! And they all have lovely soft hair :3 The breezies are adorable and were all ones I didn't have.

Yay what a fantastic box!

I'm struggling to get photos uploaded so I don't have pictures of everything :(

I got four G2 Ivys and every one was different! SLH Ivy has crimped hair which is gorgeous! There was also a McIvy too, the Ivy army was my smallest so it has doubled in size. I got a Lily Lightly and Snowdrop Swirl for my G3 SLH army - the best bit is I didn't have Snowdrop Swirl! My favourite thing in the box is Pinkie Pie, she is now ruler of my Pinkie Pie army! Look at her evil little scheming eyes :lol: Plus there was an Ivy sticker, and some backcards too.

I wanted to start with all the extras! Look at them, the cute Moonstone bag, stickers, postcards, balloons, koala goodies, tim tams (whatever these are I have a horrible feeling they're not available in the US which now means I need to get a dealer for them ha ha they are SO tasty!), notepads, stickers, all kinds of fun goodies. Did ya'll know that warheads from Australia taste better than the ones from the US? ( We use to get them when I was younger and they were great but two years ago I got some and they were rounder, harder, has less sour coating and seemed cheap. I keep getting them but they've never been as good as the ones I had as a kid. I figured it was all of them but then I got these in the box and they're perfect. They're flat, soft easy to crunch candy, tons of powder coating, man.) The fox plush is so cute.

We have another stunning rehair and a regular hair Moonstone that looks flawless. Like no joke it looks like Saja bought her yesterday and popped her out of the plastic pack. There are no flaws on this gal.

A cute little pink baby moonstone (my husband's favorite, he likes the faces on baby ponies and he doesn't care for ponies in the slightest) as for this rehair she is like a grail. I love the colors and the symbol matching, honestly I was going to try to do one like that for me and then I got the very one I love!

Seapony and Flutter Moonstones! More variety for my army, I'm so excited, there body types are so unique and fun its awesome. The picture doesn't do the hair gradient justice and I tried getting another show but my house was dark and the camera was being a butt.

I did not ship a kitty, but I bet several furs made it into the box.  'Cause Lily helped pack it.  Put pony in box.  Take kitty out of box.  Lather, rinse, repeat...

When I open the adult stablemate Tic Tac Toe I thinking how creepy  as it stare at me with it jewels eye that thinking "cool"!  I love Dolly mix Tic Tac Toe.  I overjoy with candle bunny. SilverSkimmer what type shell/ stone is keychain?  Glass kiwi... reminds so much our mosquitoes without wings full blood. It would funny if red glass!  :lol:  How big is real Kiwi? Is Kiwi popular like the glass birds ( usually blue)?

CM TicTacToe Twilight Sparkle, 2 more wingers and I adore custom rabbit done in TicTacToe. I think it awesome idea! The homebook is sooo cute the goats have tiny ears almost look like Lamanchas.

The shell is Pāua, I think you call it Abalone in the US? Kiwis are about the size of a rabbit and super timid. They only come out at night. They're our national bird :)

My only suggestion would be to make the belly band a tiny bit longer. Either it's a bit snug or Atlas was puffing himself up! :P

Awesome brags everyone! Look at all the cute ponies and awesome goodies!

As for that tiny art piece I can tell you I sketched it, colored it, then re colored it, until we had that final full color picture. :3 I'm glad that it was appreciated, it was probably my tiniest piece of art I've ever done and I took extra special care to give it a true g1 feeling.

Love the pony costumes and all the pets enjoying their gifts as well.

*paces floor* I wanna see more brags! I'm loving everyone's pictures.

Let's start with the extras. My favorites candies, chocolate and sour candies! I love my itty bitty Tinker Bell plushie! I collect Tinker Bell and I have wanted one of these ever since I first saw them! A pretty pink bow, so Bowtie and I can match. A notebook with a hand-made Bowtie cover, I love it! The little ice cream is actually lip gloss. Some G4 pencils and stickers. But wait, what's that on the left? It's Bowtie's puffy sticker! I was so excited when I saw it! I really wanted one!

On to the ponies! First up, Italy Bowtie and US Bowtie! Italy Bowtie is so pretty! And she is my first straight hair Italy Bowtie! So now I have both straight and curly hair Italy Bowtie! Okay, I think I actually squealed with joy when I unwrapped this pony. It's a custom Twinkle Eye Bowtie! Twinkle Eyes are my favorite pony set and Bowtie is my favorite pony, so for me it really doesn't get any better than this! She is so beautiful! And she is so well done, she looks factory! So, my bro popped in and was glad to see me home (I had been staying for the last weeks with my boyfriend) because he had one heavy box for me  :whoa: when he took it out of the car I started laughing really hard, because I knew it was my army swapbox!

Peru Confetti - just wow. WOW. WOW, WOW, WOW. I swear that after I took her out, I just stroked her hair and kept looking at her. She's beautiful. Yes, I know that it might sound crazy to many, but to me she's beautiful. I have three Peruvian girls, two being the white variant like her and yet she's completely different than them. I love her eyes, they faded to be more pale blue than lavender and her body has a lovely shade of white without patches of discoloration. She's stunning and I love her. Thank you so much Tsuki for hunting her down for me :hug:

Seaponey, I definitely did! I will cherish all the Cocos, I especially love the Perfume Puff rehair you did. I was able to put her forelock facing forward, she almost has an 80's hair vibe now! So awesome. I've lined them all up on my shelf, and hopefully my boyfriend won't be too weirded out next time he visits!  :devious: I already filled him in on what to expect! I love them, they're awesome  ^.^

Jennifer, I'm so glad you loved everything, I was so excited for you to get the box! Pinkkittywinks did an amazing job on that custom, and I didn't know that TEs were your favorite set, so that's a bonus! They are one of mine as well! I'm glad I was able to find a variety of Bowties for you, there were some that I didn't know existed! (Like the Euro Bowtie in the collectors pose!) I also had fun with the journal, so glad you liked it as well.

:)  I'm glad you like her.  She was more of a challenge than I thought :P   If you were able to tame her forelock - that's totally awesome, because I was struggling with it!  And I agree with the 80's hair do -  she totally has a crimp style thing going on but by the time I was done,  I really liked it.

Yay! I am so happy to hear that you liked everything! I couldn't find a list of which tokidoki unicorns you already had or which ones you wanted, so I figured I'd take my chances with a sealed one. :P I don't know if you had that one or not, but she looks very pretty. For the other extras, I cheated and looked at your Culture Swap Q&A. :P I read that you like notepads, peacocks, lip gloss, and fruit flavors, so I hope I did okay with the extras.

When I saw your tiny little newborn army, I new I had to find you some more recruits for that army! I was lucky enough to find those newborns all together, so I snatched them right up for you. I thought they were so cute, gotta love those adorable newborn ponies. And they seem to be in really nice condition, such nice pink hair too!

Looking at the pic of your Sunshine Army, I didn't see any Shorelines in there. I had recently come across this Shoreline with a lovely body, but hair that was damaged beyond repair. I always thought Shoreline was such a pretty pony, but the hair Hasbro gave her just doesn't bring out her full potential. With the rehair, I was going for a blue sky with rays of sunlight shining through. I chose colors that I thought brought out the brightness of her eyes and her symbol. I really liked this rehair when I was finished, I am so glad you like her too!

As for the Sunshine Babies, they were the reason I was late in sending your box, but I hoped they would be worth the wait. I was so happy when I read that you were open to receiving customs. And when you said that you would LOVE a baby seaflower and sand digger, I knew I had to make them for you. I bought the baits and ordered the hair right away, it was just finding the time to sit down and work on them that was difficult. But in the end I was really pleased with how they turned out, and I am thrilled to hear that you like them!

I had so much fun putting this box together for you! It makes my day to know that you liked everything so much! :hug:

*hugs* that wasn't it at all, I love them!  Like I told clones, it seems like I can't be in a swap without *some form* of real life issues.  This time, I had/have them all! First I got sick, then my aunt was in the hospital(first they said lung cancer then they decided it was just pneumonia, not sure how that mix up happened!), and internet issues, but only with my comp, tablet and phone are fine?  I also just found out my nephew goes in for an MRI at the end of the month, his knee is swollen and they can't figure out why!

Haha, any time I'm in a swap I have bad luck in my personal life, but that just makes me gladder for my box to come put a smile on my face! :)

What great art work!  Now is that a little Toothless dragon there in the lower right hand corner?  How cute!  I also think it was a great idea for Fox to include that cute cat.  We'll all want to arrange trades with Fox, now.
