If Clones photo.... that pretty normal for us in Maine... kids still go school!  It has be major snow storm and lack visionablity for cancel School!  Actually most Mainer want snow if no enough snow than the below 0 really make oil/ wood so forth disappear very quickly!

sorry for the large pics

Mareacooda you have spoiled me rotten. I want to go to Maine now, however I feel like I have visited there while opening this truly amazing box

skydancer
ruby lips
and my first ballerina pony baby tippytoes!!!

up next is the amazing amount of yummies  :dribble: :dribble: :dribble:
chocolate blueberries, maple saltwater taffy, potato candy, maple syrup candy, deer jerky, homemade caramel, and i hit the jackpot of tea selections  I am sooo happy, and the cute moose and photo album

Next are some really cool items. A pen made out of local wood, a letter opener made out of a white tailed deer antler, a patch from a local bunny raising club, some handmade goat milk soap, and one is shaped like a frog Love, love, love, some all natural maple and blueberry lip balms, the cutest handmade dish towel, and a journal. I love the saying on it. :)

and Howie got a cute stuffed bear squeak toy and a antler to chew on. He says thanks. I keep trying to take a picture of him with it and he has taken them into the Howie cave aka under the bed.

my jaw dropped when I opened this one. being an artist I always try to support the local artist and this took my breath away. It is a hand painted bottle of  a chickadee and there are christmas lights inside that you can plug in and it turns into a lamp. I am so very honored to get this. Thank  you so much

I love all of the pics that showed skydancers adventure. the cemeteries and landscape are so beautiful, and I have had so much fun getting to learn about your culture and seeing the beautiful areas where you live. oops also got some pamphlets to read but forgot to take a pic
Mareacooda you are truly amazing and thank you for everthing

:frolic: Wyndeboo....... I sooo glad you like everything!  I sooo worried that bottle would get broken in shipping! Woman who makes those is good rabbit breeder friend of mine! She makes a bottles for rabbit clubs shows and other people.  She soooo many designs choice one and when she does new one she keeps photo record of them.
I had try restrain myself Wyndeboo from keep buying.  Maine has alot great homemade foods & Artists. I want send pickled fiddleheads but is not as popular with rainy spring the fiddle harvest was limited!
On Whoopie thats Grammie's restaurant novelity.  All food homemade & tastie serve in large huge portions.  As sample Ice cream puff has alone a quart ice cream inside.  I love watch newbie eye bug out on portions. Its not uncommon see couples order one meal and share special if you save room giant deserts as well.
On best Festivals is held in Bangor call Folks festival in Aug.  has lot varity Mainers homemade products.
 Did I forgot ship you CM Baby Seaflower?

Its basic a disc like two cake to cookie texture ( come all flavors) and with frost type filling.   In our area squash/ pumpkins plain or choco chips disc with plain cream cheese like frosting is very popular other classic.

Whoopies can come all sizes on I ship to Wydeboo is 3lb that very popular @ local restraints.  They start to make a blond one which like (Bismark donut).

Oh, now i wish I'd sent sweets! I just went crazy with ponies, though...lol! Maybe my partner won't mind fewer calories and more pony goodneess!
Here in canada (especially Quebec and Northern Ontario) we have "sugar pie" honest to gawd, this thing is just a pie filled with maple caramel flavoured sugar! That whoopie pie sounds just as decadent!! Thank you for enlightening me...i'm going to have to try one when i go to the States next time :yummy:

I'd never heard of sugar pie until I moved up north many, many (uh...too many) years ago! It's really a Quebec French-Canadian thing it seems, and since my family lived right on the boarder we were very much exposed to that culture as well as the Native Canadian community and Amish communities!
Oh, Cassstorm, that artwork is incredible! DDD you must have worked so hard to draw all of those...I like them better than the photographs!
Miraja, i love how you couldn't wait to get out of your car to open your package...I laughed so hard when i saw the glove compartment in every snap...you must have been so very excited  Everyones ponies are lovely and so much thought went into everything!

And I loved every bit of it Cyber! You absolutely spoiled me rotten, and I don't think I could thank you enough for all the wonderful goodies <3 Sorry it took me a bit to get this up, photobucket and my internet connection have been turds the last couple of days. I blame the thunderstorms :D

Everything out of the boxes (I love the wrapping paper):

The note told me to open all the unmarked packages first, so here goes!

UK swag!

Those socks are too great for words! The little bulldogs are adorable! Plus there's a mini post box, a London taxi & double decker bus, a bunch of cute pins, and 2 pouches that I've already found a use for. Yay for more organization!

Pony goodies:

Those socks are getting saved for special occasions <3 Plus some more Firefly merch to add to the army. The retro mini is really cute!

It's a royal gathering of ponies! So very appropriate :)

Each of these girls is so minty, I was just flabbergasted as I kept opening them up. The pony fun just never seemed to end!

Next was the scrapbook full of pretty pictures. I was going to photograph them all, but realized this brag would get a little huge, so I just took a sampling of pics. Since the rest of the packages were labelled & went in order with pages in the book, I focused on them.

Cookies! They'll go good with a little milk or cocoa.

Hopefully that's everything, if I missed anything it's because photobucket is being a pain. But I loved each and every bit of this swap box, Cyber you are too awesome for words <3 Now I'm gonna go eat some of that fudge... yum!

I got a brief 'calm before the storm' and photobucket finally cooperated!

Ponies!  They are all gorgeous and I can't get over how colorful Parasol is!  And I was so excited when I opened them all up, but especially Love Melody, Milky Way, and Celebrate!

Most of the extras, there's also a bar of prickly pear chocolate and some Australian cookies that apparently go REALLY well with a warm drink.  I couldn't get them in the picture because my dog kept trying to run up and grab them!

PS - it cracked me up to find the pennies, they had all migrated into separate packages!  I remember one was with Seashell, and one was with the sea lion (who is SO soft!), but I don't remember where the other two migrated.

Lovely new boxes!  We should be getting tonnes more brags in the next couple of days.

I love all your new ponies, MiRaja.

OMG DDD, That artwork is amazing!  I want to steal it all!

What a great box  tsukikakushi.  I love all the British stuff you got.  And those are some seriously nice princess ponies.

I'm really happy you liked your box, Sparkler.  I really had fun putting it together.  How funny that the pennies had made their way into other presents.  Must have been like a treasure hunt.

Here are some of the photos I included:

Seashell had quite the adventure!! Wow, those pics are great!

I think I forgot to include an explaination in my photos...Partner, many of your pictures are very busy and packed with goings-on. The back of the pics with ponies says "Where's the pony?" Or something like that. A pony is hidden in the picture "Where's Waldo" style! I was afraid that might be confusing if I didn't include the note explaining that...  >_<

I had no idea Maine was that beautiful! I knew it was pretty, but WOW! When i think of Maine, i always think of the accent on the prison guard (the man with no eyes) in "Cool Hand Luke"..."What we have heeah is a failah to commoonicate!" when i was a child i loved the way he spoke, and when my dad told me it was his Maine accent, i asked if he had a Tail accent, too!! I think i was 6... :)

I have a few more photos I want to post. Unfortunately photo bucket is misbehaving for me. One is of a seashell and starfish. As well as two magnets made from Barq's Root Beer bottle caps. There was also a bag of kitty treats. My cats are going to love them. The other is of a beautiful beaded pendant Wyndeboo's mom made. She called it The Southern Blackberry. It was made from black freshwater pearls and is very pretty. I really hope I can get photo bucket working again so I can show everyone pictures of it. Wyndeboo, please tell your mom I loved it. And thank you for such a lovely swap box. I couldn't be happier with it.

I am soooo happy everything arrived safely and you liked your box! :frolic: The ponies came easily for me this time, so my focus was on the cultural items. I wanted to include items from all over the state. I really wish I could have sent real lobster and fiddleheads and Moxie soda, but obviously they wouldn't have survived the trip, so I did the next best thing and included items that represented them. I'm so glad you like the whoopie pie! My hubby is addicted to them! I wasn't sure what to do for the scrapbook until I found the folder. Then it came easy. I was very proud of the results. I almost didn't want to send it! :P I'm thrilled you liked everything! I had so much fun putting it together for you!

Yeah, we got pounded pretty hard with heavy rain and high winds yesterday, the remnants of Hurricane Arthur. We lost power for four or five hours, and there are branches and trees down all over the place. Other than that everyone is fine, no damage. ;)

Yay for more brags!  Hope everyone survived the weekend, we not only had the 4th of July, but a HUGE family reunion!

Miraja, would you mind if I shared some of the digital pages I made?

I wish I could have included these, 4th of July fireworks on the lake is a HUGE must for it to be a proper summer.  And I was lucky enough to have a tripod for the first time this year, so I finally have firework pictures I'm happy with.

Great brags so far, oh my!!

Mareacooda, you did such a great job on the box you put together for wyndeboo.  I have always wanted to visit Maine, but now I really want to go!  Great ponies, too -- MO Napper, wow!!

SparklersOasis, your box to MiRaja is also incredible. Starglow and Love Letter look perfect, and check out that huge bag of nummy nums!!

Doedeardarling, I know I've told you before, but I just LOVE your pony artwork.  You drew so many beautiful ponies for cassstorm, she's a lucky lady!! It looks like you took some great photographs of Baby AJ and Baby Explorer, too.  Fun!

Hee hee... cyberunicorn, your drawing of the pony and the sheep had me laughing out loud!  There are some differences, of course, but a lot of the pictures I sent to my partner have a very similar look and feel to them.  But I am in awe of the amazing scrapbook you put together, wow.  And tsukikakushi, you did a fabulous job setting up your brag photos.  I loved looking at everything!

SparklersOasis, what an awesome box from xeevee! The ponies all look gorgeous, and the photo ops are so fun and clever.  I didn't know all that about Dr. Seuss.  What a cool library!

wyndeboo, I love the box you put together for Mori_LeStrange.  I love this box so much.  It looks packed with goodness from corner to corner, and the items chosen are so thoughtful.  Beautiful photo albums, too.  Great stickers!

Last, but certainly not least, Doedeardarling's box from clones_rebellion.  Again, wow.  Maine, I mean... who knew? ;) And I am loving all of these incredible scrap books.  I admit I didn't do anything nearly so cool for my own partner.

Post Merge: July 07, 2014, 07:26:45 PM

I got my box from MikeysGrrrl ages ago but am only just now getting around to posting the brag photos.  Sorry if I made you worry, MikeysGrrrl, I absolutely LOVED my swap box!!

Annoyingly, the box got heavily soaked by rain on its way here, so I hope no one minds that I am not going to post pics of the soggy box and damp wrapping.

I was so excited to see that my shopping partner was from Canada.  I've never been and it's one of my top travel destinations.  ^.^

Here are some local brochures, business cards, and a calendar from a historical Tudor-style home called the Willistead Manor in Windsor, Ontario.  MikeysGrrrl got some really fantastic photos with the ponies there; it's definitely a place I'd love to see someday. The curb appeal alone is jaw-dropping.

I can't decide which I'm more excited about, the ponies or the extras.  Let's just say I am a fan of this whole "culture" thing, because the extras she included were just perfect.  And it doesn't hurt that I'm a huge fan of maple.  :P
visitors can't see pics , please register or login

I mean, just look at that maple goodness!!  Maple tea, maple butter, maple jelly, and a variety of maple candies, some of which are even shaped like tiny little maple leaves! I also got a totem pole keychain, some badges, winter magnets, a distinctly Canadian TY Beanie Baby Bear, a notebook wearing a hoodie (yes, you read that right!), a pen, and perhaps my favourite, a lovely Canada sign that looks like it is carved from the wood of a birch tree, but is actually probably resin.  I love this so very much -- thank you, MikeysGrrrl!

Now for the ponies... they may or may not look exciting to you, depending on your pony preferences, but MikeysGrrrl paid close attention to my wish list because they almost all had asterisks by their names.  All ponies are as minty as can be and arrived ready to display, complete with tail ribbons!  I love all the ponies, although I was especially thrilled to receive Baby Ribbs in my box!  He is so hard to find in mint condition, and I have been searching for a LONG time.  >_<

Thank you, thank you, thank you, MikeysGrrrl!  One of the best swap boxes ever.  ^.^

I'm so happy that you loved everything Lochness, I really had so much fun putting this box together for you and hunting for the perfect ponies off of your wishlist. I gotta admit that I love that hoodie notebook as well (may have to go back and pick a few more up) ;) I'll post some of the pics I took in a few minutes, just gotta upload them to photobucket :)

And my kitties enjoyed the treats you sent quite a bit. It was hard to get pictures of them they were so intent on the treats.

Aww, thank you. :sheepish:

The black and white one is Spike. We had him shaved in a lion cut awhile back. I think it looks adorable on him.
The orange one, Orange-aid, is actually smaller than Spike. But he and his brother will push the others out of the way and steal treats.
My cats are like little fuzzy piranha when it comes to treats. :P

Thanks for sharing some of the cool photos you sent, MikeysGrrrl.  I loved looking through the stack of photos and appreciated the fact that you took several without ponies in them, too.  Ponies are awesome, and there are times when they definitely add something to the image, but sometimes it's nice to have a pony-free picture, y'know? ;)

Mori, I have to agree with SeashellnBubbles... not only are you very pretty, but you totally rock that necklace.  When I saw it unworn I couldn't really imagine it on.  Then you shared the photo of you wearing it and I was like, "Wow, that necklace looks awesome!"

P.S. The cat photos are too much.  I was too busy laughing at their desperation for treats that I didn't even notice that the black and white one has a Popple tail, lol... so cute!

Thank you SO much...I visited the caverns with my family when I was about 12 yrs old on our trip down to Disney World (we drove) And I totally flashed back to just gawking at the gorgeous stalactites and stalagmites! I always loved the word "spelunking" hehehehe! The roaming rocks had me so concerned...it sounded like the mug had broken!! They're all so pretty....I love gems and crystals of all kinds, and even my birthstone made it into the mix...amethyst!!
The mug is so awesome. The BF and I travel all over the place going to zoos and animal parks as well as doing educational exotic animal shows, so this mug is absolutely perfect. I fear he may steal it for himself, though :D
The puppy treats shouldn't last long, though they'll probably be around longer than the animal shaped chocolates! OM nom nom nom!!
Thank you...this was such a great box...everything I'd hoped for and more

Finally have a chance to post my brag!  I actually got on earlier too, but then the power on the entire block decided to go out, for quite some time XD

I don't have too many pics, I got my box on the way to do some errands, so I opened it in the car.  Thanks again to Mori_LeStrange, I loved everything in my box <3

The extras.  There was also a bag of caramel and white cheddar popcorn (yes, together, not like mixed together, but each tasted like both XD) but it's long gone...that stuff was awesome.  I was thrilled, I had mentioned in the thread that I love both, and together they were really good XD  I haven't gotten to use the fudge yet, but I have plans for it :3

And finally Zig Zag, I've been trying to get one for a long time but it never works out, and I just love him.  He's a lot bigger in person than I thought!

I just loved all the pictures too, particularly the sundae ones, it was so well written and I loved that it was from the ponies' perspective, so cute!

And the brags keep rolling in!!

Okay, so I'm always a huge advocate of commenting on all the brags and teasers.  I know I miss some here and there, but I think it's important to acknowledge all the hard work everyone has put into their boxes.  So...

SeashellnBubbles box from Midnights_dream: Those smooth stones are so cool!  I always loved collecting rocks when I went on family vacations as a kid. ^.^ Haha, I love how your dog looks like he/she is intently reading the Marie's chocolate brochure.  :P Speaking of which, Midnights_dream was so thoughtful to send treats for your puppy! And oh my goodness, pumpkin creme brulee??  Yes, please!! The ponies are awesome, too, but I admit I've been more excited by all the extras and the photos in this swap.  Caramel Crunch is really pretty!

LadySatine's box from MiRaja: I'm impressed at all the European ponies, especially coming from someone in Florida.  Those must have been hard to track down.  Even in the UK it can be difficult to find Honeycomb, and in such lovely condition, too!! I love the extras.  It evokes images of drinking margaritas at the beach.  ^.^ LadySatine, your son is so precious.  How old is he?

Prismatic's box from Mori_LeStrange: Ooh, you got a box of Chicago-style popcorn?!  I love the stuff!  You wouldn't think the two flavours would go together, but it works somehow.  I do prefer the caramel the best, though... a whole bag of that would make me a happy girl indeed.  :P Mori, you sent some great ponies! That MIB Rainbow Dash is so cool!  The photo album sounds really neat.  I'd love to be able to see a few of the pics.

Hey, MikeysGrrrl.... I was looking at my ponies again and wondering... did you plan for them to represent various holidays, or was that a coincidence?  You sent ponies representing Valentine's Day, St. Patrick's Day, and Easter.  And Baby Lickety Split is distinctly summery.  The only pony who doesn't quite fit with the theme is Baby Ribbs, although I suppose he could be the Halloween pony. ;)

The box was so lovely wrapped - I love the idea you had with using the maps. But i have to say one downer thing... The mug broke. Sadly it really did a lot of damage :( the small pieces tore through the wrapping and damaged the things that hadn't been wrapped too. Next time be sure to wrap it up, so even if something happens to it, the pieces won't cut through everything else :) Especially when it's an overseas trip - the packages are going through a lot then... Okay, time for pics!

Those are beautiful photos Doedarling.

Wow, TSU that swap box is filled with so many lovely items, the ponies are beautiful and all those extras just make that box awesome, especially that Adirondack book with the stunning scenery. I'll bet the photo's in the scrapbook are equally as breathtaking :)

Lady Satine; I'm glad you liked your box!

I got into a bit of a hurry and didn't include as much notes as I wanted, but the seashells are off of Pensacola beach, picked up at the same time the photos of your ponies were taken.  :)  Also, the rainbow necklace I was trying to do Masquerade themed, since I knew she was your favorite.  :)

Lochness; Therein lies my secret!  My girlfriend lives in the UK, and was able to get Sportstime and Baby Pictures for me.  The Honeycomb actually came from my collection.  The girlfriend had snagged a Honeycomb, too, but she has a small hair cut( It was impossible to really tell until I compared her to the other Honey's ) and her symbols weren't as nice as I wanted them to be.  So I sent Lady Satine one I picked up in the UK a few years ago when I was over.  :D  Don't worry, I bought two at the time, and the small hair cut one is still cute, so she will stay with me.  A little note on Honeycomb's, they do sunfade *very* easily, unlike her American sister, Surprise.  They have the same colors, but the vinyl is a completely different formula.  Just don't attempt a peroxide sunfade or her chartreuse hair will bleed.  I have two baity Honeycombs who came over with Satine's ponies that I will soon be prepping for work.  >D  I'm going to do an alt-Surprise with the one ( give her green hair like her artwork ), so that she won't get so yellowed in the future.

Thank you so much, I cannot believe how many awesome ponies you chose to include, my G1 collection just got tons bigger :yippee: All of the extras were awesome, I absolutely loved the shot glass (got a seapony displayed in it now), the bracelet is cute, the photo's of Disney were great especially since I have never been there before... My favourite extra that you included was the Florida bottle with sand and seashells. There are far too many awesome things about this box, I don't even know where to begin. SSLofty looks like she just came off her card, her flocking is immaculate, curls are perfect :) Baby Glory rehaired in USA colours is adorable, especially with her USA flag charm necklace. Bonnie Bonnets is gorgeous, much more breathtaking in person.

Thank you so much for such an awesome swap box    you did an amazing job! I couldn't be happier with the amount of thought and time that you used to put everything together.

I'm glad you liked your box Prismatic. I couldn't believe my luck when you said you liked both caramel and white cheddar popcorn. The dichotomy flavor is one of Campbell's signature flavors. I had a lot of fun putting the ponies' "vacation album" together.

I always loved those little bottles with the shells in them...they're so kitschy! (In a cool way) and that baby Glory! That's funny...old Golry...American flag...HA! THIS Canadian finds that hilarious!! I love wordplay, and that's just perfect!

Oh TSU, I'm so sorry the mug broke :( I'll have to see if I can find a replacement for you. That's what happens when I get all flustered & forget to wrap things... I'm glad everything else made it safely, & that you enjoyed it :) I had a lot of fun putting it together for you.

I'm loving all these brags! It's amazing how varied they can be even within the same country/region. I'll have to see if I can find the pictures I took, I may have deleted them from my camera.

Some really amazing boxes while we were away.  I'm also totally loving all the photos!  Remember to post them if you can and your partner has made their brag.  I'm so excited to see them all!

Here is my swap box from Lady Starflower!  She gave it to me at the fair!  So I opened it up at dinner with her and her hubby.  The photos aren't the best.

For example:

Super blurry photo of some Canadian fudge and a little puzzle.

visitors can't see pics , please register or login

A moose!  I love moose!  A pamphlet from a Canadian Brewery.  Some chocolate.  And a little activity pack.

visitors can't see pics , please register or login

Oh my god, you guise!  This skyflier is the mintiest pony I've seen since they were first released.  It is literally perfect in every way.  The symbols don't even have a fleck of glitter loss or any rust.  I am seriously STILL in shock 2 days later.

visitors can't see pics , please register or login

Autumn Sky and Cherries Jubilee.  Autumn sky is very Canadian with her leaves. And CJ is also extremely minty.

visitors can't see pics , please register or login

A Canada Magnet and key chain.  Sunrise Song.  My first g3 uni that wasn't the super common Rarity or Sweetie Belle.  And an even more Canadian pony... Gusty!  Who had been reverse Gusty rehaired.

And finally...
visitors can't see pics , please register or login

Ketchup flavoured chips.  They were weird.  Kind of like salt and vinegar with a tomatoish tang.  In Australia we call ketchup, tomato sauce.  And we have tomato sauce flavoured chips in Australia, but they didn't taste like these do.

She also made me a lovely little book with the photos in it. It was very funny too. But I didn't take a photo for some reason.  I think I thought that LS would just post the pics in it, but that doesn't show the book now does it.  Stoopid me.

DoeDearDarling, wow... those photographs blew me away, they are so stunning!!  Maybe I won't mind so much if my husband gets the job in Finland after all. ;)

TinyShinyUnique, what a neat box you received from tsukikakushi.  Now she really understood the idea of a culture swap!  Look at all those brochures and pamphlets, and the scrapbook album looks AWESOME!!  And hey, you got a Baby Ribbs, too!  I love my new Baby Ribbs so much.  ^.^

Wow, MikeysGrrrl, you sure got a lot of nice ponies from Jennifer2004.  You're right about Bonnie Bonnets, she's definitely much prettier in person.  And that USA Baby Glory is so cool!

xeevee, I love the theming going on with your box from Lady Starflower.  Two maple leaf ponies, perfect!  And the rehair on Gusty is lovely.

Great brags, everyone!!  I just love this part of the swap.  ^.^

Yay!! I'm so glad you like your box, Clones! It was so much fun taking the snaps and finding map-themed wrapping paper! I couldn't think of a better friend for Atlas than Barnacle so they could go on daring adventures together on the open sea :D His backstory is that he ventured into the islands near Palau and returned many years later with tattoos all over his body. Because of the way they were placed and the ink that was used, his life sailing The Keelhauler faded them to near-obscurity. Only he, the ocean, and those who tattooed him know what they were and what they meant to any of them :)

were you able to find all the ponies in the pics? :)

Haha! I love the back story! The only pic I couldn't find the pony in is the one of Canada Day with the stringer of flags across the top. What a busy pic!

Yup! Where's Pony! I like the one with the Tiger Swallowtail butterfly (the yellow one) I actually printed off a pic for myself to hang on the wall! Unless you're looking, Boysenberry Pie isn't really all that noticable and it just looks like a pretty pic of wildflowers and butterflys :D My BF looked at all the pics and only saw Streaky in the one...all the others he missed them completely  SO much fun! Thank you for being my partner!

I also have my PO looking for the box (filed a reclamation with them) so hopefully they will be able to track it down too :(

But on the upside, I've got a little something extra today form Tsukikakushi had been also my partner for the Little Army swap and she included something extra for the culture swap in the box I've got today ;) Those who remember my brag might guess what was hidden in this box:

Wow, tsukikakushi!! What a thoughtful replacement box you sent.  That really is a cool mug and I love how the boxes of tea look all rainbow-y. ^.^ Even the box itself looks amazing!

TinyShinyUnique, I love how you set up the teas and the mug for the photo shoot.  Nice layout!

Off-topic comment, but I just realized that a lot of people shorten TinyShinyUnique to TSU and those are also the first three letters of tsukikakushi.  Blew my mind.

:D The mug is awesome! It keeps the tea warm for really a long time - and that's great because sometimes I get side-tracked and forget that I have a mug just under my nose

Also yeah, that is an interesting thing with our nicknames that you pointed out XD Actually my nickname comes from the Tsu in Tsunami (very old nick of mine), so it has an Japanese origin. I just changed it into an acronym when I've got into making jewelry and wanted my nickname to represent the kind of things I like to create :)

Xeevee messaged me recently to let me know that there were 2 packages on their way. Today, I got a notice that they tried to deliver a package while I was in class. I am planning on going to the PO first thing in the morning to pick it up!

But in the meantime, the other package was delivered today! It was waiting for me in my mailbox when I got home!

What I saw when I opened the box. Cute pony stickers and four baggies full of goodies! And I am definitely keeping those mlp loot bags!

The first baggie I opened was full of brushes and combs! So many! I couldn't believe it! I had so much fun sorting through them and figuring out which ponies they go to. :)

The next baggie was full of accessories and ponywear! I was completely over the moon! I can't wait to dress some ponies up in my new ponywear outfits! I'll have to take some photos and update this post when I do. ^.^ Oh, and this is the first time I've seen a mlp glowworm in person, they are so cute!

And the icing on the already amazing cake! Two adorable baby ponies! I was so happy to see Baby Ember, she looks so cute on the shelf with her three colorful sisters. And when I opened Baby Graffiti I was so happy I think I screamed! :P I have been after her for soooo long! You can't even imagine how happy I was to she her!

It is a relief to know you liked everything - I was worried about some things (like not getting you a book about Poland, but I had pics with ponies that went with some parts of it and the book in question is a bit HTF, so that will have to wait for the next time  and with the keychain, as I know you have so many, but it was so pretty, I just had to pick it up) and I hope you like the earrings too - they're handmade by me and that's real amber as well  They're made from both sterling silver and silver-plated filigrees :) The scrapbook was fun to make, though I tried to limit the pictures I've used too.

In Poland, almost every woman is able to make that kind of doily, I'm not that good with threads, but my mother is. Sadly she didn't have that much time to make one, so I went with a handcrafted one, made by a local artist :) and the folk motives are unique to my region too. We learn to make such cut-up pieces of art in preschool, though usually we make doilies rather than pictures, as they're less time-consuming. Of course it takes time and a lot of practice to get to the point you can make such intricate pieces, but it's also a lot of fun :)

Under the spoiler tag are some pics I've included in the scrapbook (still not showing the ones I've took before, as I have them burned onto a CD and would probably spoil Jennifer with showing them  )

Here is a better shot of the unwrapped items. I love stickers, especially animal stickers, and these Australian animal stickers are so cool! The koala and kangaroo plush keychain are cute! Their shirts say "I  Australia". And I love love love my adorable plush platypus!

Here is everything unwrapped. The card is so pretty! The little koala tin is so cute! I have always wanted to try a Violet Crumble! It was amazingly delicious! The biscuits are really good too. I can't wait to try a Tim Tam slam! I haven't tried the Vegemite yet, but I will. And I have been trying to get my hands on Minty ever since I started collecting, many years ago. I am so happy to finally have her in my collection!

Thank you so much xeevee for sharing a bit of Australia with me! Tsu, cassstorm, xeevee, you all have no idea how much I appreciate everything you have done for me in this swap.
