Hi there!
I'm Natalie from IcyPanther's Art Shop. I make handmade clay miniatures out of polymer and am always open for commissions :)
I sell on my Etsy shop (https://www.etsy.com/shop/IcyPanther) or you're welcome to contact me here/post on this thread. I take PayPal or snail mail cash if you're in the U.S.
Prices are $6 each for any regular pony and $6.50 for any of the Princesses (excluding Twilight), Zecora and custom original characters. Plus shipping!
They are approximately 1.5" tall and made entirely of polymer clay. Eyes and cutie marks are painted on and then they are covered in a very high quality clear gloss glaze.

I have indeed! Shamefully I never took a picture of a completed one. But you can see the polymer only in this picture: I paint her muzzle, some stripes and her cutie mark and eyes after she bakes.
