My husband and I have been living with relatives for the last four years due to financial hardship and lack of jobs lately. My fulltime job just ended and now I have to work part time at another location . I haven't seen my Breyers in years, they have been stinking like vinegar  in ten large totes so I decided to finally sell some. I thought it would be easy to do, but when I dig through them I have memories of B-day gifts, trips I purchased them on and stuff like that. There are some I would never part with like my conga of Sucession and LeFire sets, and Silvers but others I must say goodbye to because it costs to much to store all these totes in a controlled storage unit.
I just listed a bunch on my local Craigslist at pretty fair prices so I hope I have some people interested, I even stated that I may trade for ponies since they take up less room and are less fragile.

I wish you luck on selling your Breyer horses. I have had hit and miss with mine. How old are your horses? What years?
Sorry to hear about your job situation. It will get better over time. I was very down to a few years back and never thought I would get out of it. I did have to change my mind about thing and what I bought. But I was able to get debt paid off and save. I don't buy anything unless I have cash for it. And Credit cards are a big no no if your trying to get out.

Best of luck!

Thanks for the kind thoughts, I do hope things go better soon. My Breyers age range from mid 90s to mid 2000s, nothing rare so I don't mind selling them cheap.
