Title: PC on Toola Roola 2 - which version?

Hey.  Just found a Toola Roola at Saver's today, in a bag w/ a squeaky dragon for $3.  Woot!  But I can't find what set she's from on Strawberry Reef.  She's got the clothes hanger hoof heart, and paint splotches on her display side (as part of her symbol, not damage).  Any idea what set she's from, and what she's worth?  Was this a decent find?

The price you paid sounds nice, as far as I know, core 7 aren't going for too mush, only the ones of the inspirational words 25 annv are worth a bit more
