Hi, I am looking for Sanadaookami. I have taken part on a group Taobao order she has organised and I am becoming concerned since I have had very little updates on the status of my transaction. I paid the first payment on Feb 25th for G4 Silver Spoon and Twist. There was an update in March/April that she' had some health issues, but beyond that, nothing.
Does anyone know her at all??

Oh dear :( have you tried messaging her through her email address or via eBay as she has some auctions listed? Usually when she is unable to do something herself, her husband helps her out, so it truly is weird that she hasn't kept updating you guys :(

This is worrying :( I think TSU has offered a good suggestion - everyone who is involved in that order/made a payment to her try contacting her via the email address you sent her the payment to. Also if you know which ID/auctions are hers on ebay then try contacting her through there too.
I dont know her personally but someone else here might be able to let us know if she is ok, or perhaps her hubby will respond to messages via ebay if she cant respond herself for some reason :awake:

Rhubarb I know rybett had some issues with one of these "group orders" she had going awhile back. Perhaps she knows how to get ahold of her, although I believe she did end up getting ahold of her here. It's worth a shot to ask her though.

If anything, the only thing I can offer is writing a letter to her but it will take a week to get there :( I'm so sorry you guys are having trouble :(

What I ended up doing is a PM titled URGENT. A question: if one sets ones online status to hidden, can The Great And Exalted Mods/Admin see when one has been online?

I have done as suggested, I have just emailed her using the address I paid on through paypal and I have marked it as urgent. I have asked her to either contact me here or email or post on this thread and I gave her the link to it. I really hope all is well.
I'll let you know if she responds.

I agree. When I was in her big G4 Fashion Sized Fakie Tabao group order she was right there constantly with updates and always answered my PMs within a day or less. I am so worried about her right now.

I've had positive dealings with her in the past. I'll be following this thread. I hope she is ok. :(
Looks like her Ebay has recent feedback. Maybe we could shoot her a question on a listing to let her know people are looking for her?

I can send her a letter in a traditional way but that will take 7 days as I'm from Europe. I also think that giving her a shoutout on ebay is a good idea and if you want i can do it for you - hopefully she'll recognize my username.

I'd say that's a good idea just to try everything.

I've messaged her on eBay. If I won't hear back from her till Friday, I'll try snail-mail. I know it's a tough situation, especially for those who have the paypal deadline surely approaching, but hopefully the message will get though and make her, or her husband respond.

I have had a reply from her now and I am so sorry it is not good news. Her ill health has gotten much worse over a quick period of time. I have received a refund for what I have paid, as have (I believe) the others who have taken part in this order. I do not want to go into too much detail here since from my side, the transaction is complete now and this is a delicate situation.
However, I would like to offer Sanadaookami a message of support and a little prayer for recovery.

I do hope she pulls thru i don't know much but it sounds very serious.

Thanks for the update Rhubarb. I am glad to hear though that you and pyro were refunded. It sounds like she is trying to make things right during a very difficult time. I do hope she is going to be ok :(
