...so every year I made myself a pony gift - some are a bit earlier cuz you can't plan to get it in time.
This year I wanted to gift myself a Pinkie Pie bank.
She arrived today but sadly she wasn't in one pice anymore =(
That's what she looks like and I'm prolly one of the saddest pony at the moment.

I glued her together already and tried to puzzle her together as best as possible but you can imagine that there are missing pieces and she has lots of white parts and flaws now.
Poor money went for nothing and what I've learned is NEVER purchasing pottery stuff from overseas....
[nudging this over to Trader Support for you - kiwimlp :) ]

Oh no! Thats awful :(. I'm so sorry your Pinkie got broken! I was tempted to import the Pinkie one, I guess I won't now.
I really hope you can get your money back! Its worth a shot, right?
-
Have you contacted the owner?
Because you've tried to glue her back together, you may be in breech of receiving a refund!
You can always try though! -.-

I Found this Pinkie and helped her buy it ,No profit on this transaction though ! It was just a helping deal ! did my best to pack her well ! But guess it did not work as well as I wished , I think she needed to be stuffed with something on the inside :( but who knows if it had worked !. ;(
I will agree on never sending Ceramic on the mail , specially this kind, she is too weakly made ,not a sturdy piece of ceramic by any means

I am so sorry she arrived damaged. International shipping can be a killer :(

I am sorry to hear that she did not make it to you in one piece. I was going to buy one but did not like it by how cheap it seemed to be made.
-
That's terrible. I sent a Twilight Sparkle one to the UK but I made sure I had it in two boxes and bubble wrapped it until it couldn't take anymore bubble wrap.
So sorry she arrived broken :(
-
What a shame to have her arrive broken like that! Best of luck on the repair project.

So sorry that she arrived broken. My sister had that happen with a ceramic cookie jar she'd ordered for a Christmas present for our dad. It was luckily able to be puzzled back together and with a little paint touch up it looked pretty good, hopefully yours can be repaired as well.

I was just going to comment on that - you packed her really really well!
And I am really happy with Twilight.
Sorry, Berry - that doesnt help in your situation *hugs*.
Just wanted to say it does work if things are really packed well.
There was an awful lot of bubble wrap round mine too!
xx
