Title: Pony mane problems
Post by: alkevin on February 20, 2014, 03:24:53 PM
I´ve seen some tutorials how to soft the pony´s mane, I´ve used hair conditioner ( a good brand ). But I noticed that some hair tips are a bit frizzy. Does the boil water and combing resolve this problem? Thanks

Boiling water can straighten curly hair and set curls but it really doesn't do much for frizzies. What can help is getting the hair good and wet and running a straightening iron set on the lowest setting over it. Be careful you don't let the hair dry though or it may melt. It needs to be wet. Coating it in conditioner during straightening will help too.

All of this! An over night soak in conditioner [wrap in saran wrap and leave for 24 hours] prior to running the flat iron over it is super helpful too :)
