Title: I made a G1 quiz! :D

I made this for my sister to see how well she pays attention to my pony ramblings, but it was too hard for her :lol: I thought I'd share even though it's pretty easy for us G1 collectors XD Just a bit of fun :biggrin: There's 40 multiple choice questions - let me know how many you got right ;)

Oh how fun Shenanigans!!

I got 38 out 40.

I missed 4 and 33. I had G3's on the brain when I answered number 4 for some reason and I don't know what I was thinking when I answered number 40  :P

I'm not sure because after question 30 the computer messed up and she wouldn't retake it XD I helped her a lot though because she was getting frustrated lol. She couldn't remember what any of the ponies looked like. I still have lots to teach her ;)

I tried to find the weirdest pony names to confuse my sister :lol: Though she actually got that one right, heh. Fluffaluff is actually a G3 Breezie and she's pretty cute! She would make a cute custom :biggrin:

I'm glad everyone is liking the quiz :happy:

Fun quiz (even if I did only get 33 out of 40 >_<)! I was amused by the "gotcha!" choices that a couple of the questions had (i.e., For "Which pony has leaves for a symbol?", two of the choices were "Lucky Leaf" and "Leafy" :sly:).

I got 33 questions right. :) I missed # 23, #27 #28, #33 #36 #37 ( I can't belive I missed those two now that I think about it.)  and #39.

The seapony question got me, and I mixed up some hair colours - darn those alt. rehair threads, I can't picture correct colours on some ponies now!!

And the TAF question - technically the Rainbow version on ringlets is a TAF, so I just guessed!

The correct answer to 35 (Which name was used more than once for at least two different ponies?) you have down as Twilight. I only know one G1 with that name and it's the pink unicorn, what's the other one?

As no-one else seems to have a problem with this question I must just be thick, but I have to ask.

Yipes! I only got 63%. Like NoD, I answered 2 that I immediately knew was wrong after I clicked it :D

Awesome!! Some great questions there, I gotta admit even after collecting for 10+ years some of them stumped me. XD I'm ashamed to say I'd never even heard of Sweet Pop before this quiz. I got 80% (32 right), rather proud. I thought I would do worse!
I tested my mum and she got 25% XD

edit: I'm curious, what do you mean that a certain pony is prone to "burning" when sun faded"? I haven't heard this term before!

It shocked me, as I tend to look up the G1 toys more than the others - I need to "revise" more as it where.

I enjoyed it though, and it's motivated me to see if there are anymore MLP quizes out there.

I stopped halfway through because I was guessing. I don't know their names.  :cry:  Even as a kid I made up names for them. Oh well, I still love to brush their hair and give nose kisses, lol.  :blush:

Really? I didn't know she was prone to burning! XD I have a pure white Baby M from sunfading. Though I hear Gusty isn't supposed to prone to burning and my burned very badly :shocked:

It's when you sunfade a pony and instead of turning a lighter color (like if you want to sunfade an off white Gusty to be white again) that they discolor - turning brown, yellow, or splotchy instead XD

The rainbow one I believe is named Ringlet (no S on the end) and the Brush N Grow one is Ringlets :biggrin:

I was getting confused between those 2 ages ago until i did my research on ringlet (yellow one)

You sure? because I know that Dazzle Surprise was a Pony with the backs that opened up...I could be wrong though.

otherwise I got an 85% or all but 6 six right. and those were pretty much talking about ponies that came out after 1987 which where I stop collecting so I don't have interest in Perfume Puffs or SHS's. lol Though i did get a few that were VERY educated GUESSES lol

Dazzle Surprise is a G3 mail order exclusive.  I think you might be thinking of Stardazzle who is a Secret Surprise pony.  :)

I got 37/40!!  On the one hand, I was hoping I'd do better.  On the other hand, there were a few educated guesses that I actually got right, so in the end I am more than my happy with my result, especially considering I haven't been as much of an avid collector these past few months.  ^.^

P.S. Great quiz, Shenanigans!  I really had fun taking it.

I didn't know the "sunburn" Gingerbread one, and the flower symbol one tripped me up.  :P  I tapped the wrong option for the Tootsie pose question on my phone when I was scrolling down the page... oops!
