Well, since there is a least favorite animals thread I felt I had to counter it. :P
As the title states, what are your favorite animals?
Mine are cats, chickens, sheep, and birds in general, especially owls. We've had a few of those in our barn, including a pair of barn owls who were so tame I named them Soren and Hedwig. Hedwig was a bit flighty, but Soren never did anything more than open an eye if I pulled a straw bale down from the loft.
Edit; oh, I love red pandas and penguins, too. <3

For domestic pets? Dogs and Fish.
Wild Animals - Foxes and wolves. ^.^

I love all the animals (except mosquitoes and flies haha), but my favourites would be fox and horse ^.^

Hamsters, Guinea Pigs, capybaras, wolves, dogs, and really canines of all sorts.

Oh man, this is a hard one for me. I guess I'd have to say lions, bats and crocodiles :)
And for domestic, cats and dogs. <3

This is pretty hard as I don't dislike any animal and they all have their moments.
Cats, dogs, hamsters, horses, goats and goldfish are my favorite pets. For wild animals, cheetahs, giraffes, wild dogs, orca and zebras are some of my most favorites.

Otters (duh), wolves, foxes, tigers, badgers, hyenas, bats, and whales are all favorites. And really dogs of any sort.

ZEBRAS. I am crazy about zebras. *_* I really need to find a place I can go pet one in Ohio.

I have a few favourite animals: Penguins, wolves, owls, tigers, elephants and turtles.

Oh dear. I love all the animals. All of them.
If I had to choose...
Meerkats, owls, foxes and fennec foxes, maned wolves, hyenas, sugargliders, red pandas, Venezuelan Poodle Moth, Okapis, Narwhals, mara, pine martens, all big cats, horses, polar bears.
I think that's most of them?

There are so many it is hard to choose! Just a few would be... Red panda, horses, canines, felines, whales, bears, rhinoceros, frogs

Ohhhh I love them all for their own reasons. I have a huge soft spot for tortoises and red pandas, though!

MY TIME HAS COME.
Hedgehogs. Hedgehogs. Hedgehogs. HEDGEHOGS. They are the most adorable animal I have ever seen I LOVE Hedgehogs!!!!!!!

Thylacines! I am obsessed with thylacines. I have just about every book written on them, plushies, a figure I found in Japan, and I want to get a replica skull of one.

Unicorns, penguins and I love potoos. Also cats are great, dragons, tigers and bunnies. I like all animals, some are just more awesome than others :)

I love kitty cats!
In general I love ALL the animals, but I'm particularly enamored with pangolins as well. Look at these adorable faces!

Oh dear. I love all the animals. All of them.
This is my "problem" as well :D
But let's see. I absolutely adore dogs and I think it's pretty safe to say I love dogs more than anything :lovey:
My trademark thing though is my love for spiders. I've been fascinated by them ever since I was a kid. I also adore foxes and cats, so let's just stop there before i write a novel :blush:

I've always been an animal lover and I'm fascinated by most wild things, but some of my faves would be: foxes, horses, cats (big & small), rhinos, dogs & rats.
And peacocks would be right up there on the list of most beautiful animals, but I'm nervous of birds irl..

My top favourites are wolves/dogs, axolotls, cats, hyenas and cuttlefish. And crows, lizards especially komodo dragons, crocodiles, mice and rats, bats, bees. I'm probably forgetting some. I like just about every animal at least a little bit!
Oh, and we can include extinct ones too? I'll say thylacines (they'd probably be in the top faves too), but I won't go into prehistoric animals or I may never come out. So many.

AWWW! What a cute and strange little creature. I had not seen these before.... and I really hate that it seems every time I see a creature I had not known about they are already endangered. :(
Anyway, the babies riding along on their momma's tail is just too adorable!!!
