I just received a package I sent last weekend, Guess the buyer wants to return it and refund, but the buyer never contacted me,advising me of anything .??
I sent a request for them to initiate the return process ,but they should have contacted me before just sending it back no?
-
Did they actually return it, or was it undeliverable?

buyer paid for the shipping and placed a new label , package was never open. my tracking shows delivered

Definitely odd. I'd pm them and ask what's up before taking any action.

How weird  That's a true case of buyers remorse in my opinion. Anyways I would probably just go ahead and refund her, since you have the item back. Just remember you are not obligated to pay her return shipping.

I kinda want them to pay for mine LOL , if it is their mistake ,why do I have to be out of money?

The only other thing you can do would be for you yourself to open a cancel transaction request. Ebay will then contact the buyer immediately after you open your case. They will then have 7 days from the time you opened your case to respond by either agreeing or declining to cancel the transaction. If they don't respond within 7 days, you can close the case and you'll receive a final value fee credit. The thing is though to ensure you get your FVF's back it is recommended to first refund the buyer before opening the request. That is why I suggested refunding your buyer first.

If you put the shipping correct on the listing, they would have paid for the shipping, correct? So technically you haven't lost anything - and then if you cancel the transaction and get your FVF back, you're completely even minus your time. Which sucks, but you can't win them all I guess.
