Title: Should I worry yet? (Non pony)
Post by: Mkia on January 03, 2014, 04:10:33 PM
So my half sister said her mom shipped a box off to me on either December 19 or 20th. It was likely sent the cheapest option (standard or parcel post).

I know there was Christmas and New Year's Day within the weeks it's been in transit. Plus the high volume of items being shipped.

But it's now been two weeks and still no package. Should I be concerned yet? I thought it'd be here by now. My sister lives in a very small town in northern Nevada, so that may be a factor as well?

I am almost going to bet the reason it has been in transit so long is the weather. Plus the post has been absolutely ridiculous this holiday season.

I do hope it shows up soon for you.

It sounds like parcel post. two weeks is not unheard of during normal non holiday times actually. With just having had Christmas and New Years, I would give it another week.

Thanks guys, I guess I knew that. I'm just a worrywart lol. We were out of town for a couple days and I was worrying it had gotten stolen off the porch. But it's likely just not here yet.
