I think someone said it means achieving a great accomplishment or something of the sort...

Here's what's from the first thread mul-ta linked to:
My roommate tells me the back of the box says "luck" with Pinkie Pie serving as the first part of the character. The front says literally "horse arrives successfully," which apparently is appropriate for this occasion.

I would assume it says something about the Year of the Horse

I have no clue on the front of the box but like Elisto, I had read some where that Pinkie on the back was supposed to be saying "lucky" or "luck"

We have a couple of Chinese speaking members on the boards, hopefully they will stop by and enlighten everyone!

I tossed the photo of the front of the box over to my Chinese friend and here is his reply:

Left: in basic translations it means that when the horse is here, it means success (hence year of the horse this new year of 2014) the Chinese also really stupid because it got it wrong

Right: in basic translations it means the name of the new year of 2014

Hope that helps!

Huh, my roommate didn't mention that. Well that's too bad.
