Yeah getting into G1 a little bit...every episode I search on YouTube has just review segments...and I don't like that. Is there another source to watch it online?

Escape from Catrina is now in ContentID hell. I had to dispute a block on my review of the episode.

At least Hasbro agreed to remove the block on my video. They've monetized it for themselves, but I can live with that.
Unfortunately, I don't think any videos of the actual episode would be so lucky. I hope this means they're going to do something with the episode, but I'm not holding my breath.

At the moment its a little hard to find. Hasbro went on a bit of a take down blitz a few weeks ago and lots of stuff was removed. Give it a few months and most of it will turn back up again but right now you are going to have to google and hope someone has reuploaded to youtube or track down one of the DVDs in order to watch it.

At your own risk :P If we got asked to take the link down we would take it down. I would also say here that the Arena accepts no responsibility for the link :P *washes hands of naughty goings on*
We have had people post links to Youtube videos of things all the time and no problem; I really dont think this is much different as long as you are cool with the responsibility for the content resting on you. :)

You really think so? That would be awesome! I wonder if they will release it in Swedish aswell? I have had the hardest time finding that Movie... :(

I know I started on G4 so it may seem a bit weird...and I finished watching the episode...
IT WAS SOOOO AWESOME! I really loved the ending too! The first episode was a bit weird, but this one was awesome!!!

As you go through watching the g1 cartoon make sure you watch for the random color changes in the ponies, extra limbs and ponies that go from being one kind to another... Oh and furbobs are fun too...

Oh, it's really not a spoiler, LOL. It makes watching even more fun! There are tons of posts from pony peeps that take actual pics of the bloopers.

Heck, in Catrina one of the baby ponies briefly becomes an alicorn

yipee, giant cat witches who suffer from drug abuse! but really, i love the g1 cartoon, probably because of its outrageous villians and cute art style. but the songs do get quite annoying after a while. i do love the song "good ol' days" from this episode though. :)

Ironically, that's the song completely cut from the episode to air it with the series.

Don't forget in The Golden Horseshoes all ponies gain wings at one point when they're around Mimic! (making a couple alicorns I believe)
