This (mod approved) thread is for customizers and rehairers to trade and request baits (kind of along the lines of the DollyHair trade thread). As well as advertise what baits they have available for trade (trade only please no sales).
Hopefully we can help each other aquire the baits we need for our projects. This is for any Gen.

I think people with full customizing skills would do better with them, but I know CP ponies are boring... :huh:

I am looking for a few specific baits though if anyone has them:
-Gusty (looking for so I can trade someone for a Skyflier rehair, lol)
-Lemon Drop and Skyflier - always looking for these are they're army ponies for me, though I do have 1 of each on hand at the moment so it's not a priority

I would love love love a WigWam bait.  He can be bald and symbol-less or needing to get to that state and that would be just perfect!  I have a few G3s but now a lot.  I would be glad to work something out!

No Tail but otherwise good (I have tails but no pony): Gusty, Candy Apple

~PARTS FOR PROJECTS~
Tails (I have pony but no tail): 1x white (Minty), 1x fadED pink (Any) in GC

I'm just doing little projects to start me off and I plan to keep all the ponies mentioned for my own collection. Some of them are fairly light handed customisations (e.g. will make outfits for ponies with worn symbols) and the tails or tailless ponies listed will be used for restorations, I hope no-one minds that I included them here.  I can give more detail about the projects over OM if anyone is interested.

I have a Butterscotch (no symbol, bald, no tail) and Cottoncandy (nt) CP. Sunbeam (ns,b,nt) and Moonstone (b,nt). Tootsie (rubbed symbol, bad hair, rubbed eyes, loose head) and UK Snowflake (body marks, tail rust).

I'm sure I have more but these are the ones I have ready to hand.

I also have a number of extra Big Brothers that have nothing/not much wrong with them, I just have extras. :P

I want... BBE babies for customizing, baby Glory/Moondancer/Gusty/Sundance for my Army :biggrin:, baby brothers (either pose), or DG Fakies.

My signature has a link with my sells, but it also has ponies I have up for trade. I'm only trading my wingers for wingers not the other stuff. I have some baits though and rehair candidates ect. ^.^

If you ship the tail in a letter (standard) it should be $3 or less since I shipped 2 to Finland for that. :P

So yes we have an alternate rehair swap that just started and people are going to be looking for LOTS of bait ponies...


I personally am only looking to BUY baits as I don't have anything to trade (unless you want a nice pony for a couple baits, etc...)

I am looking for like a Twinkle Eye pony... I have a Gingerbread but she's like BROWN she's so discolored... Speedy, TicTacToe... even another Gingerbread. If you happen to have a TE who doesn't have huge areas of cancer/marker/discoloration... please let me know!

The best bait I have are mostly for FULL CUSTOMS - they need repairs or FBRs - like the Gingerbread I mentioned. I also have a Mirror Mirror with some dog bites on her body.

I have quite a few G3s that I would be happy to prep for trade or leave as is, but they are currently in a different state so it may be a week or two before I get ahold of them.  I also have G1 Peachy and Lilly that are ready for new hair but otherwise decent shape, they both do have small x sharpie marks that are faded on their back. 

I'm in the alt rehair swap and I have a few I'm looking for to built my own alt rehair collection.
Chief, Gusty, Truly, Dancing Butterflies, WigWam, Bubbles and a few others but I don't want to give away who my partner is :)

Oh I forgot to mention I'm also looking for the following CP ponies:
Bluebelle, Blossom, Minty, Cotton Candy - I want to use their bodies as a base so - symbols and hair don't matter as much (though I am also in need of a Peachy/Cotton Candy TAIL if anyone has one) and small cancer or ingrained dirt don't matter much. I can fix up eye rubs too. They can be CF or FF, I'd rather them be CF just because they seem more available (? - Maybe not for some of them... but like CC and Blossom for sure...)

- Pinwheel for rehair.
- Fizzy for rehair

I have:

G1`s
- Deflocked Northstar painted in purple. No hair.
- Caramel cruch. Hair has no curls but I think it can be saved. Has a brown spot on NDS.
- Waverunner. Can't remember if this girl still has hair or not. Have to check.

I think I have some more, but can't remember ATM. I¡ll check and edit here.

I have mainly G4 baits and tails but can probably dig out more.
Currently I'm looking for a pony in Mimics pose, prefferably Milkyway without marks on body, whatever condition her symbols/hair are in I don't care as I plan to dye her. (I'm also looking for Pussycat and Heartthrob and purple rit dye)

I currently have;
G1 Glory pose (cancer)
G4 Rainbow Dash (hair cut/no paint)
G4 Lily Blossom (damage to ear/hair cut/no paint)
I also have tails and manes saved (4-Speed, 1st RB ponies, 2nd RB ponies, Bowtie, Lemondrop, Skyrocket, Powder) and brown rit dye.

I'm looking for a g1 bait Butterscotch, doesn't matter if its FF or CF. I just need one that has a mostly clean body. I don't mind damaged eyes/symbols, small marks, or bad hair/no hair. just no chew marks or large stains please. I have several g1, g3, and g4 baits and some dollyhair I can trade, but I need to look through and see what exactly I have right now. i'd prefer to trade in the USA please, thanks :)

I believe the only potential baits I have are a plain G4 Rarity and G1 Tickle with lots of cancer, mold spots and symbol rust.

Right now, the only baits I'm looking for are a G1 Whizzer pose pegasus and G1 baby pegasus of any pose!

I'm also looking to trade a newborn baby dibbles for a newborn baby yo yo pose.

I also have Milkweed or Tumbleweed (can't tell which) and Jangles or Tangles i'd be willing to trade for a unicorn newborn.
she's in good condition but has a hair cut.
i do have a baby sniffles (unicorn newborn) but again. she just has a haircut and seems a shame for a fbr.

in the end all. i would like 3 pegasus and 2 unicorns.
i do have other ponies to trade. but i'd prefer to trade baby for baby.
one of the pegasi and unicorns... well i'll be attempting a head swap. to make a baby alicorn.... if it doesn't work. then
3 pegis, 1 uni and an earth would be fine too.

Oh, just a day or so ago I noticed a super-cheap Creamsicle (which makes me think she must be baity - she was at most a few dollars) in someone's sales thread.  I don't recall whose at the moment but if I see it again I'll let you know.

resurrecting this thread (I hope it's not a problem) because I have a poor baity G1 Baby Starbow I'd like to offer for trade. she has multiple flaws (cut mane and tail, rubbed symbols and eyes, head-body mismatch, marks on body), and I'd love to restore her, but she's also a double and I don't have the time and energy for that unfortunately :S

I'd be looking for any G1 or G2 pony I don't yet have (I don't have a wishlist, but don't have a huge collection either), for restore rather than customising (cut hair, spots, rubs are OK, but please no heavy marker coverage), or possibly even Blind Bag ponies. I'm looking for a baity Baby Tic-Tac-Toe or Baby Splashes, to make a baby Posey in a cute trotting pose (trying to avoid FBR).
If you also have a Baby Fifi I'd take her too to make a baby Blue Italian Posey.

I'll consider any condition, as I'd rather not customise a pony someone else could restore or love otherwise, but would prefer they're not chewed or marked horribly. Please PM if you can help. ^.^
