Title: ** Mistico ** Halloween Swap pony for StrawberryMeadow
Post by: Mana_Mihara on October 28, 2013, 08:18:46 AM: I had the lovely StrawberryMeadow for the Halloween Swap. She had some really neat likes on her form, but the one that really stood out was her saying she liked Pan's Labyrinth, and I immediately knew I wanted to do something with horns. I had so much fun making this pony. Mistico was airbrushed black first, given some dark blue highlights over her body and then lightly airbrushed with silver from a distance to give her an almost glitter/speckle look to mimic the night sky. Her mask and horns were sculpted with Milliput and painted with acrylics. She was rehaired with 5 colors of dollyhair. :)

Thank you so so much MM. The horns are just lush, not to mention her hair and colour scheme and her eyes are really piercing. Such love. <3 basically can't stop touching her.

And I love how many colours you've actually used on this one, and bright colours at that, yet the overall colour scheme still remains quite dark. She looks very mystical and pretty!

I've definitely had alot of fun with my airbrush recently. :)
