So i ordered a clearance shirt and received it today and it was defective. The problem is that they have an all sales are final rule on clearance stuff so i made a phone call and theyre sending a replacement but i have to send the defective one back so she sent a prepaid fed ex label to use but there isnt a fed ex around here. Would it be ok not to use the prepaid label and send it back through usps with my own money or do you think they would refuse it once they see its clearance and their labels not used? I hate to call back. I could hardly understand the lady.

I rarely deal with FedEx but do they offer pick up, if it is pre-paid?

Check for a fedex drop box - they're all over the place. I know that a lot of post offices even have fedex boxes outside.

I second trying to find a FedEx drop box. If they sent you a return shipping label, they are using that label to track your package & probably have it noted as part of their internal returned items system. Shipping using a different method may end up with your item not showing "received" by them, which could cause you to be charged for 2 items, if they have your credit card on file.

Absolutely use the pre-paid label. :ohyeah:

Yep, exactly. I third this. If you Google FedEx Boxes for your location , you should be able to find one right away in your location. Actually here is the link for you :)

Also, if they sent a call tag (ie "return label"), you should be able to go to FedEx's webpage & schedule a pick up of the item.
