Has anyone came across the FiM dog tags in stores yet ? I collect Discord so I'm pretty excited to get my hands on his pink (!!!) one. ;)

Glad it's not just me ! :) Last I read from Enterplay was that they were going out to retailers on the 15th. Figured this could be a thread where people discuss finding them, where at, and what they got.

Where were they suppose to go Target and Walmart?? If so I have the car today and I can check there :)

I have seen them advertised by Enterplay has being shipped to stores but have yet to see anyone say they have spotted them.
I am sure they will turn up soon :)

No each small packet has a dog tag, a tattoo set, a decal sticker and a checklist. There are deluxe packs which are being sold in a bubble and they have 1 deluxe tag and 1 regular tag.

Are they going to be blind packaged or visible? Because want all the Rarity things (especially with actual show-accurate art, not the overly pointy stock pictures they use for the rest of the merchandise), but I don't have the patience to dig through yet more codes.

The deluxe ones are in blister packs so you can see what you are buying. The others are blind packed in bags.

I'm sure a guy who stocks pony bits in the USA said they'd been delayed due to health and safety issues? Not sure if he meant just his, or the whole shipment, but I've not seen them anywhere :/

Got a response from Enterplay on Facebook on the 18th
Not in stores yet. Packs may be at a couple hot topic have them they should start showing up next weekend and be in full distribution a week later. Deluxe tags will follow by 1week.

Oh, I thought you were literally talking about ID tags for a dog. I've seen collars, so it didn't seem too far out there. This does make more sense though.

I checked Target a few days ago and nothing. I'll have to look at Walmart!

I did check a Target today as well and found nothing. Then I went to a different Walmart and they had them. So, it looks like they're getting them first...at least in my area.

They're at the front of the store where the trading cards are.

Found mine at a Toysrus! Took 3 trips and managed to snag the rest of the box. Not a single double was found so I think if you find a fresh box you'll have most of the set. :biggrin:

I dont think there are any codes but I could have missed them. I think they work the same as the cards and you dont know what or who you are getting.

I'm hoping someone will find some kind of correlation to something on the package and the tag inside like the blindbags. There are some I wouldn't mind getting, but others I wouldn't care about at all.

We found the box for them at Walmart but someone emptied it out and replaced it with a few pony trading card packs. They're here but I think someone else beat us to them.

Ohh, I didn't think to check TRU! I went to Walmart and Target today for unrelated shopping and looked for them. They weren't in stock but, well, they rarely are. Our Target and Walmart really stink.

Found them at my local walmart, bought them out instantly, my boyfriend let me go to our 2 other semi-local walmarts and buy them out there too, got almost all of them, but still missing a few. Chrysalis, Discord, Metallic Rarity, Metallic Luna, and Metallic AJ are the ones I know off the top of my head I don't have.

Managed to find them at TRU! Got Cadence/Shining Armor, Celestia, Spike, Twilight, and Discord. Looking for Applejack and the metallic series in general.

Bin and John from Bin's Toy Bin on youtube found them at Walmart. They're so lucky. They had like 24 of them and 4 of them were the deluxe metallic ones. I really want to find some of these. They remind me of my Pokemon Dog Tags I used to have.

Bins Toy Bin is awesome, omg I LOVE those guys! =D I didnt know they got them too! wow, 24 of them!? dang! xD My first run I only got 6 and got 2 metallics! I had no idea they were rare! @-@

I haven't seen a complete set of the decals as yet. The only check list just shows the tags. I am sure its just a matter of time before a complete list turns up.

I just got back from Walmart and they had a nearly full box of them. I only grabbed 5 because at $3 a pop, they're kind of pricey. Especially since I only want a few of the dog tags and none of the decals or tattoos.
I'd like the following tags:
#4 - Pinkie Pie
#5 - Fluttershy
#24 - Unnamed Pony/Bubblebutt
#30 - Metallic Fluttershy
If anyone has any of those that they don't want (extras, etc) I can either trade for them, or I can buy them off you. I have one dog tag left I can trade for any of them: #23 Nightmare Moon. I'd also be willing to trade any of the decals & tattoos I have (as well as stuff from my normal sales thread) for any of the dog tags I listed above. I have the following:

I really want to pick up a few of these, but I wish there weren't so many pony products that made you gamble on what was inside.
I am pleased as punch that the names Berry Punch and Bon Bon were used, though! Someone got lazy with Drama Pony though. Muffins wouldn't have worked?

I bought some the other day. I really wanted Luna but I got The Wonderbolts, Friendship is Magic, Cadance and Shining Armor and Nightmare Moon. I might get a couple more tags but I'm not sure yet.

From what I've heard they should go up in the trading card section of a store. None have shown up in my area yet but I did see Walking Dead dogtags with the cards when I checked so that information seems accurate.

I went to Target and they had the blind bag type ones, the ones you can't see what they are. I didn't see the ones that you could see what they were. That's what I'm after.
