Let's toss up two more for the NPB program we are running here.
First one:
Buyer: candyluvo34
Auction ended 10/4/2013
Sent an invoice reminder 10/6/2013
Get a e-mail from the buyer 10/8/2013:
I will pay you for thees ponys before Halloween so dont cancel my order and be pacient cheers!!
Opened a NPB
closed the case as of today. 10/13/2013
Buyer #2
Buyer: jastra03
Auction ended 10/4/2013
Sent a invoice reminder: 10/6/2013
Heard nothing from seller. Opened a NPB.
Closed the case as of today 10/13/2013. This person had 100% feedback so don't know what happened.

I have one that bid and won on a lot that I had for sale. Its going on three days and they have not heard back from them. :(

This is crazy. I think eBay should automatically give a buyer a negative feedback when a non paying bidder case is closed. Then it wouldn't be the sellers doing it, yet others would be warned if they bid on their item.

Yep, awesome idea - just a standard feedback for ALL npb case items, like Negative, and "NPB case closed on this item."
