What are you doing with your three-day weekend? Or, non-Americans, what are you doing today? :D
Me, I'm working. But it should be quiet tonight, so that's good.

Watching Merlin on Netflix with my BFF. Though we've seen up to season 3 for me and 4 for her. This is a refresher and boredom buster.
Also enjoying the cooler temperatures and clouds. Am sitting on the couch in jeans, socks and a hoodie. Compared to yesterday, when it was hot and humid.

We've actually been trapped in the bedroom. It's the hottest week of the summer here, and our AC broke on Saturday. We bought a small AC unit for the bedroom which is thankfully keeping it down lower in here. Most of the house is hitting over 95 and outside got close to 100 I believe. It's not the most exciting holiday here other than sitting and watching videos. We don't usually spend holidays inside but it being hot eh.

I went to NYC with a friend- didn't know I was sick @ the time- felt worse when I got home and have been crocheting when I'm not resting in bed- It might be the flu the ER said or just a bad cold. I feel weak achy and get tired easy - I have to see my Dr in a few days if I don't feel better. But I hope everyone else is enjoining the unofficial end of summer. :newpony:

Oh so it is a holiday in the US today? lol I thought it wasn't because of all the people in the US that got mail today :blush: My bad. I'm snuggling with my hubby and watching some tv :)

I had Saturday and Sunday off, but now I'm working 2 shifts today. One down, one to go. It's cold here today in Michigan, so McDonald's is severely busy since no one wants to BBQ in the cold. I'm hoping when I go back for my second shift at 8 that things have calmed down some. I don't normally do anything on Labor Day anyway. We're not allowed to have grills at my apartment complex, I don't have friends I hang out with and my family doesn't live in the same town as me.
