I have searched for months and months for those few things most wanted and to no end have I ever seen them. I still havent seen Baby Leapers Comb Ever or even his bandana! So that is on my top list. 4 speeds hat is a hard one, as well as his brush. It took forever for me to find Princess Taffeta! Cheery the bushwoolie was not so easy to find. And the only playset I want to complete the famous Waterfall set! I dont see it much either!
What is your hardest to find things for ponys and collections?

I agree about 4speeds stuff...whats worse, my childhood one, I have vivid memories of my mom taking out the trash and I saw his brush through the plastic, that little froggy face...!! I freaked out and asked her to take it out and she said it's what I got for leaving it in the middle of the floor.
Strangely, I still left stuff in the floor...I was a dumb kid.
Been having trouble with the goblets for my dream castle, but I also haven't been looking too hard. Wands though...I've been wanting this neon green set 2 princess pony wand because the color is just awesome! Soooo hard to locate...

I have been meaning to ask. How can you ID the comb from megans place? I have a couple combs, and I had a lot with accessories from that set in it, and I'm not sure what sets that comb apart from my other blue combs

I'm still in need of two crown clips and a few wands and combs for princesses.

but the hardest accessories of all
Soft Sleepy Newborn's I need all three curry combs, two pacifiers and outfits for Hush-a-bye and Sweet Dreams.

Oh, yes - I am trying to find Megan's dress and shoes from Picnic in the Park. Megan's sunglasses from the Beach set, which really annoys me because I remember seeing it in my old toys when I was tidying up (before I found the Arena and MLP Community) and thought it belonged to Barbie - so I gave it away with loads of old Barbie accessories *sigh* I'm also desperately looking for her headband from Flower Darlings.
I'm also collecting backcards and puffy stickers, and despite that they should be rather common both Blossom and baby Blossom puffy stickers elude me...
But I think my most HTF and wanted accessories would be Tuggles and Toddles puffy sticker and backcard (that is the UK names of newborn Sticky and Snuffles). I had the UK version when I was a kid, so I never got used to call them anything else. But I have given up finding it - I don't even think I have it on my wantlist....?
Ah, well - it is good that we still have stuff to look for. I don't really collect ponies anymore (although I just bought myself a Gypsy, but she was an exception). Hunting down puffies, backcards, ponywear and merchandise is so much fun!

Finding all the metallic trimmed princess ribbons has been a nightmare for me! Thankfully I have 9 of those girls MIB but some of their combs and ribbons still elude me. Same with the silverware for Paradise estate. I agree with 4-speeds things being the hardest to find, his banada took me forever to find a resonable price. Same with the princess dragons.

There isn't one as far as I know. I've certainly never heard of anyone having one. There's just Snookums and Sniffles (another sticker has it as Snookums and Snuggles) and Dibbles and Nibbles (also misnamed Dimples and Ruffles) ... I wonder if it's possible one of those stickers was included with Tuggles and Toddles at any time.
Hardest things to find... erm... Rapunzels hairclips and other mail order ponies accessories, shells for sea ponies, princess ribbons, few pretty pals bits, definitely the soft sleepy newborns - I have one of 12 of their items!
Euro accessories in general like jewellery babies surprise newborns, nurses hats but I've got one from each set of those.
Then there's the silly things like Sweet Sundrop's hairclip and Frilly Flower's lacy ribbon! I cannot seem to find those anywhere! lol

Megan's place curry comb...the hardest thing to find EVER! And honestly from the amount of collectors on the look out for it it will also be the most expensive comb when it next comes up on ebay :P
And the teeny tiny ribbon barrettes for the Great Hair ponies. Everything else out there accessory wise I have seen come up a few times over the years but these I have seen perhaps 2 or 3 times and I have missed the auction/sale every single time. I am now looking for them MIB only lol - I have given in the battle to find them loose.

I'm thinking they didn't come with a asticker at all. They're from a later set than Dibbles and Nibbles, so by the time they came iut here puffy stickers may have been phased out

Baby Princess Sparkles Lace for her buggy, Ive only seen it once. Its the only thing Im missing from that set. The Mountian Boy combs are hard I think. I also dont find many Mallets for the xylophones for the brothers. One day I will have all my wants complete, but in the mean time I enjoy the hunt as well.

Some things aren't particularly rare--but they keep eluding me. The popcorn from the slumber party is one of those things. (Actually, a lot of the slumber party accessories for me!)
And the Paradise Estate cutlery is simply hard to find! ;) For instance, I dropped a spoon into a shipping box, entirely by accident, and two years later I *still* haven't found it. :D (It's maddening.)

I have been trying to get Leaper's bandana for a couple years now >< It just doesn't come up often and when it does it's usually with Leaper (who I don't need). Even then it goes for a ridiculous price or I miss out.
Sweetie Baby Barrettes. Don't get me started on that.
Purple Goblets for lavender DC...elusive for everyone. I've only recently joined the hunt for that one.
Princess ribbons, ugh.
There are rarer accessories but those are on my list and are a pita enough by themselves without me trying to think of even harder ones!

Baby pony xylophone hammers and that little pink heart-shaped finial that goes on top of the baby buggy. I managed to lose all of these over the years while taking ponies to my friends' houses and they're impossible to find. :pullhair:

I just read through this thread and now it's KILLING ME that I was a messy kid and lost my lavender DC goblets. :cloud: I think I may turn my mom's house upside down looking for them in the future. Managed to keep the horseshoes together...small victory that is.
