Title: Stands for G1 Pony
Post by: Crowning_Glory13 on May 21, 2013, 01:18:10 PM
The stands that were used for the rearing pose G1's like Magic Star and Truly. What kind of cost do they go for? Are they hard to find. Does anyone have them to sell? Does anyone make them?

Sorry for the tons of questions. I just saw a rearing pony on a stand and now I want a few for my ponies!!!

Do you have any images with ponies on their stands? Feel free to share!

If you are reading this with my energy then a 2 year old on pixie sticks, then you are correct...I got that excited when I saw the picture:P hehehehe

Oh they are a nightmare to track down. Honestly one of the hardest to find adult US G1 pony accessories. They dont come up for auction very often and they are really sought after - I would expect them to be minimum of $15-18 each depending on who is looking at the time.

space used to make casts of them and I am sure with all the resin casting right now someone may try to make them again soon as I am not sure if space still does.

Here is Magic Star with hers.

I've managed to find 3 (Magic Star, Truly, Skippety Doo) in sales here on the arena, all for $20 or less. Took me a while, but now all my rearing-pose girls rear again.

I have 2 repros that I bought a few years ago. Can't remember the member who used to do them though. I'd love a few more myself

I have one stand, which I was lucky to get with Truly when I got my sister in law's childhood ponies. :)

But yeah, just under to just above $20 seems a bit typical for a price.
