Title: Who are these dolls ? (bella and ?)

Hello,
I have 2 dolls but as I'm only a pony collector, I don't know much about them, can you help me to identify them ?
One is noted "bella 31 14", the other one has no marking. I can provide more pics.

I think they might be "Bella Tressy" dolls. But don't know a thing about them.

How neat!  I have a few of the US released Tressy and friends dolls, but these are gorgeous!
