Anyway the wife and I are starting to pack up to move. That means collections are going in boxes and just little things we don't use. I noticed this earlier. She's a poor Italian AJ I got earlier in the year that had bad hair frizz. I thought "hey try to fix it couldn't make it worse!" Problem is I used my Chi straightner, and it's an older model that doesn't have a temp setting. Way hot fried her hair. I debated rehairing her, but my wife says she is my fro pony. For some reason or another she has ended up living in the bathroom. Usually she sits by the toothbrush holders. :lol: Matter of fact she has toothpaste on her nose. Whoops

My mom bought a spice rack at a yard sale that she just *had* to have. Well it got dusty and a few years later, when I first started collecting, she started to throw it out before I stopped her. It's made a nice little stable for my smaller Ponies through the years! At one point it housed my Blind Bags, but now I have too many of them to fit there. These days some other toys live there though, like my Teeny Tiny Tumble Surprise collection, a Little Pretty, and a tiny portion of my Wreck-It Ralph and Crash Bandicoot collection. Ralph and Crash get along quite well, actually.
Your story is really cute, by the way. I love how she's your fro buddy and guards your toothbrushes! I bet she's a great conversation starter whenever you have company over! :D

I have a Rainbow Dash blind bag that lives with the Star Wars Legos, that's probably the oddest place I keep one.

I have a McDonald's Fluttershy hooked on my cross-body bag :) And I have the Twilight Sparkle toothbrush holder that obviously stays in the bathroom so I guess she doesn't count.....

My AJ army hangs out on my stereo. Perfect place cause I'm always playing country music.
My two favorite blind bag ponies sit on my night stand.

Well, I don't know if it's weird or what, but wherever I go I must always have Blind Bag Rainbow around my neck! :)

I have a lot of glow in the dark stars all over my walls/ceiling in my bedroom at home. My glow in the dark blind bag Rarity stands perched on the corner of a very high shelf in my room, so when I turn off the lights and take off my glasses at bedtime she looks like another glowing star.
Not really that weird, but it is different from the rest of my ponies so I guess it counts!

Not really sure it's strange, but all my ponies are in my bedroom (That's the normal)
I have Waterfire and Big Brother Steamer in a cubby on my desk :D
and then I have my Snowcatcher MIB hanging on the wall in front of my laptop desk space between 2 pony posters my purse and calendar.. it's kind of an odd set up.. but I like it.

That sounds really cool! I used to have some of those stars (and planets and moons and comets), still miss 'em sometimes.

I USE to have my collection on our living room fireplace mantle. (It's bricked over, don't worry!)
But, my boyfriend said they couldn't stay there. They apparently creep him out when he's playing his video games. So I moved them to our bedroom. And our bedroom walls. And the kitchen. And right now, we do have several back in the living room. Lawl.

G4 Pinkie hangs out in my laptop bag...sometimes she even comes out to say hello at client meetings [accidentally tumbling out to make her presence felt :P]

I'm another pony-at-work person! I have three on my desk along with school photos of my boy. At the moment, however, I'm embroiled in a battle of wills with my new boss - he wants my workspace to look "professional," by which he wants ponies and pictures gone, but I insist they all stay put. :mad: Nobody messes with my son or my ponies, buster, boss or not. :mad:

I have McFluttershy on my purse, too! ^.^ Her tail's a little worse for wear and her eye needs to be repainted (adds to to-do list), but I love having her hanging out there.

All of mine are in my bedroom ether on the shelf on in a container. I am to afraid that if I leave them anywhere elce they will get destroyed by..others..
My family respects my ponies but if they are in another part of the house they will turn to crap real quickly because we have dogs and cats. and its dusty here.
Sometimes they are in my bathroom id they are in need of cleaning and or drring..but other than that my ponies are liveing a boring life on the shelf/ container
However for a while I had a "milky way" in my purse but she was not holding up well..

I have a trio of gen 1 plush that hang out on top of the pachinko table I have, if I ever get it in running order I am sure they will play with it.

We used to have an Up Up and Away in the kitchen window sill at the rental house we were in for a while.
If my mom would let me I'd have ponies all over the house.....even on the toilet. But alas, no luck. :(

Twinkleshine and Feathermay hang out at weird and wonderful places. At the moment, they are behind my floor-bed on a box. Not the most unusual, but still odd considering I hate ponies straying from my collection shelf.

Theyre everywhere. When I feel like playing i sometimes stick G3s to the walls since their magnets cling to any nails that might be in the wall studs.

I guess it's not weird, but I have a bubbles that sits in my car.
A little bit more weird, my guy keeps his pony in his car. ( I gave him one for good luck, and that's where it stayed). He's not a pony person. I giggle at the thought when his friends get a ride, that have to encounter that little cutie pie. (cackle cackle). Or his mom, and be like WTH is that ?! hehehehe.
Ok, here is my weird one. I kept for the longest time... some newborn ponies in my underwear drawer.

The bathroom closet. :P I took them in there to wash and style, and just wound up leaving them there. They'll be freed once I get off my lazy bum and hang my new pony shelf.

There is blind bag Bananna Fluff, sitting on the end table. In my living room. Considering I almost always have bananas in the kitchen, she fits right in. Plus she's tiny enough to not attract attention.

I need to take a picture, but my Whizzer that was caked in mold on the inside, is living next to the kitchen sink headless and with the tail hanging out of her neck. :lol: It's quite a sight. Her head is on my desk. I just keep forgetting to bring the rest of her up to my room. :lmao:

Could be the Headless Horseman's work.
When I was collecting G3's, when they were in stores. I'd stick one or two on my fridge, just let them hang there. It freaked out a few of my dorm mates (college dorm living). :P But it was funny as heck. Especially to change them out or randomly find other surfaces to stick them to.

I have a G3 baby Pink Sunsparkle that has lived on my fridge for over 2 years now. I had brought some of my ponies down for my visiting little cousins to play with, and I ended up just sticking Sunsparkle on the fridge for fun. There she has stayed since then.

My childhood Bubbles and a soft mini panda from my grandma live in my bathroom wire rack. It's a tiny self built bathroom in my bedroom, but they live there very happily and Bubbles is close to water, so she's pleased!
