Hi everyone
heh, I dont post in here much. Actually I'm not sure right now if I ever have. Then again, Iv been in a very long art funk, going on 4 years xD. But recently Iv been doing some doodles, and one or two of them have become finished.
I also miss doing adoptables, and ATC swaps. so I figured I would start with the adoptables. These are my two most recent pony sketches, I have more but I have no idea where they've gone to. Anyway these I thought were the best suitable for arena adoptables, the head shot would re-size well for an icon, and the length of the full bodied one might be good for a signature.
So If you like either of these, and would maybe like to see your character or favorite pony as one of these, please vote. If both get enough interest I may work on the other for a later adoptable. Or if you think I should just pack up and not bother you can vote "nah." xD
anyway enough chitchat, here they are.

ok so the first one I would obvious alter for an adoptable, since I sort of drew this as MY character xD so the piercings and gauges would be removed. I kinda like this one best. I had originally made it, intending to finish it as an icon here for myself.
the second one I literally drew an hour ago, halfway through i thought maybe it could work as an adoptable, so i added the wings and horn.
Now as far as the "ART" goes, I'm not looking for heavy critique on these. >.< I know I have a sort of different style, I tend to exaggerate the neck and limbs. (these are actually not as exaggerated as others iv drawn rofl)
However, on the full body pony, I'm not exactly sure how I feel about those back legs. Part of me is saying they look fine now, and Im pretty sure thats just because iv been looking at it so long. But the reasonable part of me says there's something wrong, and im not sure what. So suggestions on THAT would be ok, but please dont re-post them with massive amounts of red lines, that tends to put me off and im only doodling for fun, and these are just sketches after all.

I choose both because they both are really cute and I could see either one as an adoptable.

I think the full body. You designed the headshot with yourself in mind, and as an artist, why shouldn't you have a unique piece of your own artwork as your icon, or avi or whatever. It's a closeup, it's special. I'd offer the full body as the adoptable.
And the only thing I'd do to the hind legs is bring the far side hoof down into alignment with the other one, I think the fact that you can't see it is what's catching your eyes. I know it's anatomically correct to have a joint there, but it just doesn't look right in this pic. I hope that helps!

Both are cute, I really like the hint of G2 influence in the headshot. :) And it would work well as an adoptie, but I voted for the full body pic, I think there's more interest in full body adoptables in general (I could be wrong, though) and I'd love to request one if they were available. There's so much movement captured in that drawing! And I honestly think it's fine as it is. Maybe the point of hock in the left hind leg could be a little lower and the backside of the leg itself (cannon bone?) could be slightly more curved. But those are such minor details they aren't even real issues, just something you can try experimenting with if the legs bother you. I hope you'll offer this one as an adoptable!

Thank you all so much, clearly the full body looks like it is the winner xD, but keep the votes coming, I love seeing what you all think. Also thank you for your words and opinions, I feel much more reassured.

I think Ill do both, but ill start with the full body, and once that runs its course in adoptables Ill move on. I have to finish some other things before I offer these, but I might add some more sketches.

Oh I love the second one. Its kind of as though there was a sweetheart sister version of a G4! So cute!

I like them both, but I liked the headshot best I think. The lines flow very well. :)
