Hello!

It is with great enjoyment I can announce that dates for ponycon 2013 have been released! :frolic:
Many of you have been waiting and I can now announce this years convention will take place in
CARDIFF!
This years theme will be celebrating 10 years of ponycon!
We closely wanted to celebrate the joy of uk ponies and our convention combined!
The convention will be held a little earlier than normal in September on the 7th and 8th!
Which unlike normal will be held over the weekend! But those of you wanting to make a long weekend of it get booking your holiday now!
The exact location and ticket sales will be coming up soon, so keep your eyes peeled.
I'll be around to bring you more news as it comes and answer questions on the thread!

What's the story on an exclusive toy for you UK'ers? Is it happening? Are you sharing the stock with the Fair and only get the leftovers (if there is any)?

Woop. Only an hour away ^_^ Though I'm totally still staying the night over there. I want to experience the Pony Ninjas.
Last year we were meant to be in the Novotel but some elderly people had a problem and had to stay another night so we got put up in the Best Western instead :P

Babysquirmy we will be updating when we get news on it, last year trixieshy/holly blue was a great sucess so no-one will go disappointed!

I can't wait till tickets go on sale and the hotel details are up so me and my man can book and pay woop he text me earlier to say he's managed to book it off so after this month I gotta watch my pony pennies eek my first ponycon ever booyah!

Oh I was looking forward to this so much, so mean that the plane tickets are so expensive (300-400£ >.<)!
I do hope that the price goes down so I can go anyway :P

Looking forward to it but its a long way and expensive so I'm not sure if we'll be there both days or just one.

Yep it's on the 7th and 8th of september!
It's sad to see a few can't make it, but if you're in the uk be sure to check sites like thetrainline.com for cheap public transport fairs, I'm right in the south of england and it's worked out okay for me to get there :D

So so so pleased about this - this will be the first Con I've been able to get to! One it's only about an hour and a quarters drive, so that's doable, plus September is awesome as if it had been the beginning of October that would have been my due date! So although I'll look like a whale I should still be relatively mobile lol :D

Stalls will be released as soon as the tickets are up and available :)
Sadly for now we will all have to be patient!

I warn you now, cars are not too comfortable, and take a cushion! (I'm 31weeks at the moment and find them really quite uncomfortable for long periods, though I am still fairly mobile).
I'm going to have to wait and see nearer the time. My little one will only be ~3 months old (assuming they arrive on time), so I can't really make any plans just yet. Will be crossing fingers though, as it would be a shame to miss the 10th anniversary!

Oh lordy... I *have* to go! :( bet I can't afford to... it'd be amazing if I could though! Will have to see about busing it over and staying with family... though I'd need a lift from family to the pony con. Might be able to bus to Cardiff... is it *in* Cardiff or just outside? :)

Unfortunately this one could be a toughy for me. Cardiff can be a pain to get to; it would be easiest to drive but the Severn Bridge toll on top of the fuel starts to get pricey.
I am not going to say 100% no because you never know how the year goes - I ll keep everything crossed I can work something out.
I cant wait to find out more details just in case :)

Haha, HI HEX! HI BOBBIE! :D Being as I am now back at my folks house, nearly all my collectibles are housed in the loft. I'm not sure how my living arrangements are going to fair - if I'm still at home by September time, it may be best to let my toys go on to new homes and put whatever pennies I make towards a place of my own. It seems sad that they're tucked away in the loft not being loved :( I miss being able to see them every day!
