Maybe taobao is hinting us that we are getting more different brushables. The Mrs. Cake looks amazing >_>
Just found this one too (but not sure about you, it looks like a fakie to me):

If anyone can help me with purchasing on taobao, I'll swipe up one >_>

Bluelestia is most likely a factory error, Gilda will be a wave 8 BB and the last one is a fakie.

Thanks! Why are prototypes priced so low? One of the ones I'm mostly interested in is only $6 AUD. O_o

Those are cool looking :)

I'm going to die. I could be getting one of 'em!

The last one would probably be considered too boring for a real design but, I don't know, I kind of like her.

Yeah and the cutie mark looks really dark and cheap. The hair is really thin too but I really like her. ^_^

I think that the last one is cute! =)

I like the first one. I know that it's being referred to as "The Prince". Not enough to track one down to buy, but I definitely like it. I am happy to hear that Gilda is a BB. I like her, but I was worried that she would be a full size all plastic toy. That I wouldn't like at all. lol

Yeah it'd scare me if they made her full sized!

"The Prince" I barely missed out owning her. The seller had three and I bought two and decided to purchase the last one but my agent was to slow at responding. So didn't get any. I'm curious to see how much someone will list her for sale on ebay. I'm hoping she will be an alternate in the TRU exclusive package with :muffin: Pony pony! Her wings are different too, missing the pink in them. And the last one is a fakie and only cost around $2.50 US I ordered a couple of her but my taobao agent refunded and said the seller has a bad track record.

I think a lot of the ponies are just the first run of products that will actually be released. It is kind of hard to tell a prototype from the regular release if they are both the same.

Taobao sellers just sell all of the ponies for around the same amount, usually around $5 or so. They only seem to up the prices for ponies that sell for high amounts on ebay, like Drama Pony, Zecora, Nightmare Moon, etc. Maybe it is difficult to predict what will be worth a lot, or they were simply trying to make quick money.
Which prototype were you interested in? Prototypes (ponies that appear to be a completed design) that are not released are usually rare and few in number, but some of the possible test sample ponies (ponies with strange colours of hair/no cutie marks/strange eyes etc) are quite plentiful.

The Bluelestia/ "The Prince" was priced at 15.38 a piece

There are not any more on Taobao now than we have been seeing right from the start. :) To be honest I dont think the ones you have pictured here are prototypes - as mentioned the Gilda is an actual release and the Celestia is probably just a batch error or factory mistake.
They are cool and I know lots of people collect them but there are so many of these factory mistakes out there now with so many minor differences - that to be honest I just consider them frankenponies unless they are unique ponies.
