I currently have 11.
9 whose names I don't know from previous generations, Twilight Sparkle, and Fluttershy.

Yes, I know their manes are disheveled. My Mom bought these used. The little comb I got with Fluttershy doesn't seem to be good enough either.
Edit: New URLs. Can everypony see them?
Also, do any of you know their names?
I think the fourth is Cheerilee and the smaller pink one is obviously Pinkie.

Cute collection~ I got some G3 ponies a while ago from the flea market whose names I didn't know and used this site (http://mlpland.com/?l=2&p=home) to ID them! Also, if you want, you can wash and style your ponies' hair so it's not so messy. This site (http://www.mlppreservationproject.com/hair.html) might help with that some, or you could google it, or search the forums here.

Yeah, sure~ You don't need to know their names. There's a link in the sidebar that says Pony Identification, which brings you to the page where you can search. There's little boxes under the search bar where you can tick/untick what gen your searching. Your pony's all look like G3s, so just keep that one ticked. Then just type its symbol in, like "tree" for example. Then it'll bring up all the G3s with trees in their symbol and you can match them that way.
Anyway, that's what I did. I don't know if there's an easier way, but I hope that helps~

Congrats on your ponies! They don't need much help for their hair, just get it wet and put conditioner in it, then gently comb the tangles out with a little comb. Rinse, wrap hair around the bodies or straws, and ta-da! BEAUTIFUL ponies! :)

I feel kind of bad, I haven't really built this collection myself. Did I mention that? I think the only pony I've bought myself is Twi. Anyways, the reason I'm making this post is because my Mom (main source of ponies for my collection) bought me some more ponies today and I want to keep everypony updated.
I didn't bother gathering them together this time but you can still see everypony. ^^
And everything else at that. Hehe. :/

So, I did. I haven't gone full out but it's really been starting to bother me so I've fixed up (I think this is her) Magic Marigold's mane a bit more. I didn't really understand it earlier but I see why you need an elastic.
