Title: a bit of a strange material request for a custom

so I'm working on a custom pony project... and I'm in need of a base for it... specifically toy cars....

I need cars that are 4 inches long specifically, I might be able to do with 3.5 inches. But they need to be metal. I plan to smash them as well so they look like they've been crushed, so I don't care what condition they're in.

I need 3 to 4 more of them, I have 1 currently. here is a picture for reference:

I just cleaned out some storage and I think there might be some cars like that. I'll check tomorrow for you if you're still in need.  :satisfied:

Some of those old matchbox cars are worth some money now a day.
Toysrus has a good selection though. Good luck! I'm interested in seeing what your finished project is!

lol I honestly don't care if they're worth money, if I get them cheap, I'm gonna smash them good lol XD

I don't have a toys r us here unfortunately :(

I wish I could help but I'm fresh out of toy metal cars!  However, I can't wait to see the final result and see how you use the cars in the custom!

i had to ass my 2 cents since i see no one else suggested it, how about a thrift shop or second hand store of some kind should be able to find them dirt cheap...

I've been looking, that's where I got the one I currently have, but toys are actually rather hard to come by in the thrift stores here
